Great Hotel, with comfortable, spacious and highly clean rooms. Excellent restaurant with a very comfortable and classy lounge where you get served the most exquisite meals and a wide rang menu to choose from. The coffee is the real thing to complete the delicious deserts and all this in the perfect ambiance of great music. In one word I can just classify it as TOP of the Top in Australia.

What an outstanding Motel with a great restaurant !! It's clean and well presented throughout. The friendly and helpful management and staff (room service and restaurant) make you feel like no request is too much. A good place to stay and dine at in this beautiful region. Thank you TTM&ER 👍

We were a party of 3 and had booked 2 rooms. We had arrived late due to a horrendous storm. The kitchen was due to close at 8pm and we appeared at 7:45pm. Waiting staff were amazing. Dillon was very attentive as was Laurence. A very happy smiling lady served our wine and food. I had the seafood vol a vent which was just beautiful. Rooms clean tidy and breakfast delivered on time. Thank you The Elms. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Traditional country motel, well maintained and spotlessly clean, with a good sized room. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great - plenty of hot water. The attached restaurant and bar was very convenient with great food and service. Nice quiet area.

Beautiful setting. very peaceful. All staff were lovely. Restaurant food was excellent. Our waiter Laurence was cheerful and chatty and very attentive. Will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Tumbarumba.

The room had paper thin walls so I could hear every movement of the people next door, as if they were in my room right next to me - every snore, every time they rolled over in bed, every word as clear as a bell when they were arguing. It was an awful sleep, as we were also near the restaurant kitchen and the lights were left on all night, with the curtains in the room offering no blockout. The kitchen door was slammed multiple times while we were trying to get some sleep. Overall a very clean and well maintained room, but will never stay here again as it was not friendly not conducive to sleep or privacy in any way.

Restaurant was very good but a bit expensive. Staff did not know at first the ironing arrangements. We then found it was a long walk to the laundry room. No ironing boards in the room and we found out very late. Also disability bathroom meant puddles on the floor including in front of the toilet.

Convenient close to town

Very pleased to find a spacious well appointed room and very nice restaurant. Close to rail trail and the town centre. Highly recommended
