They wouldn't let me stay they claimed I didn't have a room. Long story short I gave $65 to sleep in the truck in the parking lot. I need my money

The location is great. It's close enough to anything we need in Tupelo but still far enough away from the busiest part of the city. The room looked, smelled and felt clean. The water pressure in the room we stayed in was amazing! The bed could have been a little softer but that's probably just a preference thing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The property and room was very clean and that is very appreciated. Wish the advertised breakfast had. Even available though.

Entrance looks to be under construction. However, staff was nice and accommodating. Served the purpose for my trip.

Our stay was just for one night while traveling. I was a little concerned at check-in, as you could not enter the lobby. Check-in was just through a window in the entry way to what was probably once the lobby. Lobby doors were locked and covered. Staff was friendly and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was very clean and comfortable. Nice shower. Grounds were well lit, clean, and quiet. Price was very good. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a nice no-frills hotel.

The room was clean, no problems. The only negative was the scent. I have an allergy to perfumes, etc and the room smelled like a man's after shave.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable! It appears as if it was recently renovated. The bathroom was clean and had good water pressure. Budget friendly, but it doesn't feel like you are compromising anything to save that money!

Good value for the price. Nice quiet room without a continental breakfast.

Room was extremely clean. Easy checkin, helpful manager.
