都靈港蘇薩酒店(Hotel Torino Porta Susa)

We really appreciated the way this hotel encourages sustainability, by offering a free beverage to the clients every day that they waive room cleaning. This contrasts with most hotels who “green wash” by offering not too change towels or sheets daily but still do. The staff were all extremely friendly and responsive, for example when we asked for more hangers.

The property was exceptionally clean. The staff polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect and the lady in the kitchen was a ray of sunshine. The only negative (this sounds picky but to me important) was the pillows. They are way to flat and extremely uncomfortable. Apart from that, all was great.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questa struttura: siamo una famiglia di tre persone ed il soggiorno e’ stato piacevolissimo. La stanza, molto ampia, aveva due differenti ambienti, uno con letto matrimoniale, divano e tavolo per eventuali pasti, l’altro con due lettini. Il personale si e’ informato se fosse la nostra prima visita a Torino, e ci ha fornito cartina ed indicazioni sui percorsi da seguire. Comodissimo per chi arriva o deve ripartire da Porta Susa, lo consigliamo anche agli altri per l’accoglienza, l’ospitalità e la pulizia. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo.

We absolutely loved our stay. Given the very reasonable price for the night, we were not expecting much so were very pleasantly surprised by our beauitful room and friendly helpful staff. Our room was immaculate and very spacious and well equipped. The hotel was perfectlt situated to explore Turin. The staff were excellent. Will definitely return.

Location good for train, airport shuttle and 30min stroll to central attractions. Staff all excellent and good sized room for a few nights stay. Would be a returning customer.

The staff was super helpful. We reserves last moment when our train connection was cancelled. The location was great and the staff was so friendly. Turned a hassle into a pleasant unexpected excursion

Camera favolosa!ampia e confortevole. Proprio vista l ampizza risulta essere leggermente fredda. Molto bene bagno,letti e tutto il resto. Torneremo

There are obvious changes for the better at this pleasant small hotel. Truly nice and helpful employees. Next time we are in Torino we will stay longer at this hotel.

I had low expectations due to the rate I paid, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was incredible and helpful, the room had all the necessities and more. I would suggest this hotel to anyone was traveling close to Porta Susa train station.
