智選假日套房酒店二十九棕櫚村(Holiday Inn Express & Suites Twentynine Palms- Joshua Tree)

Conveniently located near Joshua Tree National Park. Service staff were extremely helpful. Thumbs up!

깨끗하고 조식도 간단하지만 가격대비 괜찮았다.

Wir hatten das Hotel gebucht, um nahe am Joshua Tree Entrance zu sein. Die Lage war super! Das Personal top und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war auch gut, Waschmaschine und Trockner (waren je 2) werden mit Kreditkarte betätigt, Waschmittel gibt es an der Rezeption, Farbtrenntücher im Walmart. Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und die Betten bequem. Der Tresor bei uns war kaputt, soll aber erneuert werden. Wir würden hier wieder buchen!

Super Hotel, mit unkompliziertem und schnellem Check-In. Der Service ist top, das Frühstück reichhaltig und das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr sauber. Sehr gute Waschmöglichkeit inkl. Trockner ist ebenfalls vorhanden und kann mit Kreditkarte bedient werden.

we were early ,1 PM and checked to see if they had a room ready. It was very clear that as a 3rd party reservation they had to hold the room for a "member". Then we checked in at 8 and go put in the room next to the elevator. All night we could plainly hear the elevator going up and down. I believe that room selection was also based on us being a "3rd Party reservation". Checking out I was also reminded that one more time that we were a 3rd party and that our receipt would come from *******. All the staff were pleasant however they made it very clear that we did not reserve through them.

These rooms are not inexpensive. At 8;45 pm I was going to bed and discovered the controls on the heater/ac were not working. I called the front desk and after a long conversation where the clerk instructed me to do exactly what I had already done, she came up to try fixing it herself. After some time, she said she’d move me. I went down to the lobby in my pajamas and got my new key and moved my belongings to another room on another floor. It was now 9:30. The next morning I asked the front desk person for some sort of compensation for my inconvenience. I feel as though I should be able to expect more from a $179/night stay. She said “sorry, there’s nothing we can do since you booked through a third party.” She ended up giving me 5000 points for signing up for their hotel points plan, which I’ll never use. I felt so frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Clearly what this hotel cares about is their bottom line and NOT customer experience. I would expect this from an $80/night hotel. ( I’m sure they’ll respond by claiming that the customer is their priority and I say “prove it with more than empty words or inviting me back to spend another $170 🙄)

We choose this property for the jacuzzi and that was closed. The room was nice but the bathroom needed some love. The shower door did not close all the way. Looks like they tried to fix it but no luck. Also only gave us 2 towels. Breakfast was ok and they start at 5 which was wonderful
