Roach was crawling on the pillows when I walked in. Pool was closed. Ice machine was not working. Breakfast was meager. Juice machine was broken. They had cereal and milk, some old looking muffins and coffee. Pretty disappointing. People were very loud and it was noisy late into the night. Parking lot had lots of cracks and could use some repair. A/C worked well and so did the fridge. Wifi worked well. Towels were thin and not soft. Shower got hot quick, which was good. Ok for a solo traveler, but would not consider it family friendly at all.

I've never been lied to by office staff so much as this place. The swimming pool water was green. I was told by the lady it was going to be fixed in a couple days. The maintenance man (the only person who told the truth) said it would be fixed the following week after I check out. There was dried blood on the bathroom door. It took 2 days and the desk persons didn't do anything until I tracked down the Maintenance man and he came to clean it. I was told I was in a non-smoking room. After noticing the smoke detector was missing did I realized I was lied to. I told them not to charge taxes and gave them a Tax Exemption Form. The desk clerk told me it was taken care of but the bill that followed had all taxes charged to me.

No microwave or refrigerator, when they were supposed to be there. Do you think the place was under renovations, but then you realize it’s just in really poor shape. No amenities to speak of. Dangerous area. You have to talk through a window to the desk clerk in broad daylight. They do not know how to give directions to a room.

Nous avons eu l’impression de déranger au lieu d’être accueillis. La toilette était bouchée. Partout où on regardait, c’était sale. Serviettes sales et qui ressemblait à un torchon. Lit très très mou. On calait dedans. Trois lampes sur quatre ne fonctionnaient pas. Téléphone non connecté. Quelque chose qui ressemblait à une puce de lit à terre. Tapis sale. Moisissures dans la salle de bain. Très mauvaise odeur dans la chambre Meubles très sales et tachés. Pire chambre que nous avons eue depuis des années. Déjeuner minimaliste et café non buvable.

Check in took forever. Wanted a cash deposit of $40 to hold till next morning. Not listed on website. Room had mold in front of refrigerator and bug in bathroom. Overall very poor room condition. Appeared to have several transient customers.

There was poop on the bathroom wall, hair all over the toilet, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned. Then they wanted to keep my deposit for a dirty towel. They was very rude about everything and kept saying giving my money back was wrong.

Do Not Book!! Walked in and there was a dead roach on the dresser. They continued to crawl on the walls. We left the same night. Asked for a refund and the lady at the front desk was rude. Never got a refund.

Hotel is located in a sketchy area that didnt make me feel safe going out at night...especially from what many people told me.
