***ger of this hotel is very rude, they overcharge for the room and there service is worst . Room service people are worst of all. Only good thing about this hotel is the view . Nothing else is good. Before Booking please read the reviews. Rooms are very bad and not worth the price.

mr suryakant from housekeeping is very helpful & perfect in his job & overall ramada resort udaipur is an awesome place to live a luxe life in its own methods. An perfect spacious rooms with private balconies are too good

Although I was a bit sceptical about booking a budget hotel at first, But after much deliberation I decided to go with Hotel Hilltop palace considering the amazing view. As soon as we reached the hotel after a long drive from Delhi, We were greeted by the amazing sunset view of Fateh Sagar Lake. The hotel is amazingly located at the bank of Fateh Sagar Lake and has their dedicated gated parking in case you are traveling by car. The buffet breakfast provides plenty of tasty food options to choose from, The hotel staff was courteous and were always on their toes to provide you with the best experience. One area of improvement could be the maintenance of washrooms, Although newly renovated the bath fittings were not in the best of their shapes. I hope to visit again some day.

Dont know y they are ruining this property which could have been better 1. Rubbish housekeeping Keep shouting around in the lobby No towels kept no bedding changes on request till 2 hrs 2. A party till 12 in the night no consideration for guests who occupy 90% of their hotel who want comfortable sleep after long day of travel on their holiday 3. Ill planned room with no soap cases and no glass in the rooms Seepage in all three rooms we stayed in 4. Though good food n terrace but if u have no comfort in the stay its of no use

The exhaust in the toilet should be operational. The water in the shower seeps thru the gap between the glass partition and the wall onto the floor. This gap should be sealed.

Staying here, is one of the great experiences in the World! I've travelled extensively in my lifetime but of all the places I have stayed, this is perhaps the most memorable. The views of the lake from the rooms, the garden and especially the rooftop restaurant and bar are just outstanding. Watching the sun set across the lake, behind the mountains, with drink in hand is magical, as is having a meal looking at all the lights reflecting on the water. The interior is a wonderful extravaganza in white marble, and the rooms superbly charming. Ours had a private balcony with lake view, and even a swing! Superb large, comfortable beds as well. Food was great, and reasonably priced. If you want a modern. International chain style hotel, don't come here. But if you want a beautiful, ro***tic setting and olde-worlde charm and character, you won't do better anywhere than the Hilltop Palace. I've been twice - first for business, and I loved it so much I swore I'd bring my family one day, and now I have fulfilled that wish, and I hope I get back here again one day. But if I don't, then I'm so glad I've had the chance to experience it. Perhaps the closest hotel to heaven on Earth!

Enjoyed the property and visited some of the neighborhood. Well known artist is in area. Good Food options and nice roof view of area and lake. Very good staff and most efficient checkout.

Pros Location Food was good Parking Cons Not clean enough. Had dust near curtains and ***y corners. Cockroaches in bathroom.

Beautiful and well-maintained. Pros: 1) Picturesque view from room (please select lake view rooms) 2) Well-maintained property 3) Beautiful rooftop restaurant which also leads to a sunset point 4) In-house store where you can buy Rajasthani artefacts and clothes 5) The food: keeping this at the bottom as my family members though they're okayish; however, I think it's great value for money Cons: not much. The swimming pool is not well maintained, but no-one seems to care, as we were not there for the pool anyway
