萊佛士烏代布爾酒店(Raffles Udaipur)

J'ai vécu un séjour magnifique au Raffles d'Udaipur. Dès mon arrivée jusqu'à mon départ, j'ai été chaleureusement accueilli et pris en charge par un personnel exceptionnel. L'hôtel et ses jardins sont tout simplement merveilleux, offrant une atmosphère calme et reposante. La diversité des activités proposées au sein de l'établissement nous a permis de découvrir encore davantage les trésors de cette île. Nous ne saurions que trop vous recom***der de venir également découvrir ce petit coin de paradis. Un grand merci !!

Notre séjour au Raffles a été absolument mémorable. Dès notre arrivée, Nainika, notre butler, nous a réservé un accueil exceptionnel, prenant soin de nous du début à la fin. Sa prévenance était remarquable. Je tiens d’ailleurs à la remercier pour toutes ses petites attentions durant notre séjour, et son petit cadeau lors de notre départ. Elle restera dans notre cœur! La cuisine de l'hôtel, préparée par des chefs de grand talent, nous a permis de savourer les délices authentiques de la région. Leurs créations culinaires méritent toute notre admiration. Nous avons également eu la chance de faire une randonnée grâce à l'hôtel, avec Aviraj comme guide. Il nous a menés au sommet de la montagne et nous a offert une expérience de méditation exceptionnelle. Chaque petit détail dans cet établissement est soigneusement pris en compte, et c'est ce qui fait véritablement la différence.

My stay at Raffles, Udaipur was an absolute waste of resources. I felt disrespected at the hotel and the staff is very rude. Raffles Udaipur is honestly overhyped. However, A special mention to Kartik Tamboli. He's a very humble gentlemen. His assitance during my stay at the hotel made my visit bearable. Moreover Mr. Sonam at the Spa also made my spa experience at the hotel worth it.

Loved it! All thanks to Elty madam, the staff are so welcoming, they made the place fun. Awesome view and ambience. Khushnood, Ayush, Rahul, Nirmal and Laxmi sir, still remember them from the trip! Nothing to complain about, cleanliness, fun, food, everything is there. Probably the best hotel in the place 🤭🤭

Surreal experience Hotel architecture is amazing Great staff service, delicious food and the view from the room is to die for! Will definitely recommend Efficient butler service. You will get pampered a lot!

On arrival, you will feel the hospitality provided by the staff that we are special. Thereafter, the boat ride and at last entering to Hotel. Everything is so smooth. After that check-in will be in your room and surprisd to see no reception in the Resort. The food is awesome and will get what you can thought of and that too with smile. Overall, super and very memorable stay.

They just made my birthday so so memorable ❤️. Nikita made our stay really amazing. It was my birthday. It started with amazing decoration in the room with video, frame decoration, cake , bed decoration and it goes on. After dinner we celebrated with a cake again. They offered a gift from their side too.

We visited Udaipur in February this year for a leisure trip.To make up for some inconvenience caused at their property, Raffles Udaipur invited us for a special dinner at their property.It was our first time visiting Raffles and we were very excited for it.They sent their bmw car to pick up me and my wife from the Leela jetty,as we were staying in Leela Palace Udaipur for this trip.Their duty ***ager Mr Rohan Thakur came ***** with the driver to pick us up.He wad a nice and friendly person and was always with us during the entire span of time while we were in the car,in the hotel,during the dinner and also dropped us off in the same car in Leela jetty after we completed dinner.This was a very good gesture extended to us and we throughly appreciate it.The car they brought for us was a higher version of bmw,it was spacious and comfortable.We chit chatted with Mr Rohan during the span of the journey as we arrived to Raffles jetty.From there a wooden boat took us to the main Raffles building,which was situated in a island in Udai sagar lake.The view from the lake was surreal and breathtaking and we throughly admired it.Although morning view would have been much more better,we were told.Upon our arrival we were given a nice traditional welcome as we were guided to the main building by multiple Raffles staffs and the duty ***ager Mr Rohan himself.This being the first Raffles opened in India,is massive.They took an entire island to set up the property, with multiple acres of lands filled with gardens spread across the property.Upon arriving at the main wing,we clicked some pictures with Raffles on our background and from there we took a buggy to go to the reception lobby,which was situated at a height and we went through banquet areas and gardens before arriving at the main lobby.The lobby was luxurious and had touches of rajasthani culture as well.We were greeted by their operations ***ager as we were being seated.We explored the lobby area for a while,took some pictures and videos and then the Mr Rohan and their operations ***ager guided us to the place where our dinner was set up.Previously we had thought they arranged our dinner in some restaurant of the hotel but to our surprise they had arranged a private dining experience for us.They decorated a area inside the gardens and lawns with rose petals and lights and set up a beautiful candle light dining setting for the 2 of us which looked mesmerizing.We were shocked,pleased and surprised at the same time.They had also set up a special Chinese menu solely for us and there were also red and white wines to celebrate the occasion. We had to refuse the wines and took diet coke instead as both of us are non alcoholic.The server was also a nice guy and accommodated ***y of our request s including arranging some items which are not in the menu including Golden prawns,a chicken dish,some Indian sweets etc.He also clicked some marvelous pics and videos of us.The food was very tasty and the head chef also check

This resort is located on a beautiful lake, the sunset and sunrise are very nice. The staff was very friendly and quick to help with any requests we had. The dinner had entertainment and good food options for veg and non veg. We will definitely be back
