When we checked in there were lizard and honeybees were roaming our room was super deluxe with bathtub but because there were lizard in that room they shifted us to other room without bath tub, no reduction in tariff and in that room also honeybees were roaming no maintance of resort. Electric kettle was there in room for making tea but no milk powder when i ask for milk powder the staff replied to me we will not provide u milk powder. I request all indians do not go to this resort u will suffer definitely.

Nice hotel with beautiful garden, nice pool, small vegetarian restaurant. The rooms are beautifully designed. Both the ceiling and wall paintings are very beautiful. The service was very good. Breakfast was all-encompassing, but you had to order and explain everything. Indian breakfast is significantly better than German breakfast.

Bathroom was terrible. 1. There was no hanger in the bathroom
2. Co-mod seat was broken
3. Flush was not working. After 6/7 hours drive one should want to freshen up but due to this he couldn't. Why make my trip ties up with this type of hotel. Make my trip team should do a quality check before booking.

The hotel staff was very decent and polite in nature ..The property is very nice to visit located in green area of Ranakpur ...Mr Deepak Parmar ...F.B Manager was very cooperative...Must to visit ..Ranakpur has great Temple to visit

We have booked the rooms for 6000 per room for weekend. When we reached they showed us normal rooms and told us to upgrade the same for minimum charges and for that they have charged 1500 rs extra. That is not good. Resort is good. Food is ok not good. Stay is good. Pool is nice. Rooms were good. Staff was good. Food is expensive. Resort located in good location very natural. Overall experience was good. Price of 3-4k per night is good enough.
