Zana Lakefront hotel in Udaipur is a special place.The attention to details and the care taken by the staff is commendable. A special mention of Restaurant Manager Azad with his whole team Pinky, Adil and Chef Kadak took special care preparing diet food for my 80 year old mother. Also Reception Manager Chandraban with team members Sujoma, Lalit, Harshad amongst others. A huge thank you !

Excellent place and overwhelmed with hospitality. Delicious foods and spacious rooms. Ample place for parking and other activities on cards available to enjoy. Infinity pool adds all above to serenity of property. Tasty foods with courteous staff will be thumb up for next visit.

Zana, Udaipur Amazing food...ever smiling faces...super ready service... Best est location... Yes rooms can improve...better maintainance is needed...but overall good! Entire staff😍🤘🏻is very friendly! The buffet layout is too good!

The property is very good on the outside.. the views etc but the rooms and food is pathetic.. the staff is excellent and courteous .. but the management needs to really gear up and make it decent enough for people to come back.. ………………………………….

Just to give a background - I am a luxury traveler and have travelled to most of the premium properties of Taj, Oberoi and Leela. We stayed 2N Taj Fateh Prakash, 2N Zana and 2N Taj Aravali. We were treating Zana as a 'filler' resort in our trip but I must say that the views and expanse this hotel provides - put it at per with the other 2, if not better. It has the BEST VIEW a resort can offer, and the pool is also insane. The building and the rooms are okay, but for what they are charging they are GREAT value for money. Sahil from the F&B team served us all throughout and was so kind and caring that I had to mention his name. The only issue is to get a cab back from the resort, so make sure to prebook. Also the food here is great and make sure to choose the dinner package because there's nothing nearby and it's a much better deal to buy dinner beforehand. I THINK THIS HOTEL IS A MUST for people looking to chill in Udaipur.
