阿瑪爾瑪哈酒店(Trulyy the Amar Mahal)

Dieses alte Pracht also das Hotel verdient vielleicht drei Sterne, aber das nur wegen dem prachtvollen Fluren und den alten Möbel. Das erste Zimmer war sehr schön hier funktionierte die Klima Anlage nicht. Nach ca zwei Stunden Reparatur funktionierte es noch immer nicht. Auf die Bitte ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen wurde zu erst nicht reagiert,. Als wir nach dem Hotel ***ager fragten sollten wir warten. Dieser kam nicht. Nach eine weiteren Stunde bekamen wir ein Ersatz Zimmer das sehr dreckig war und von drei Steckdosen im Zimmer funktionierte eine. Das wi-fi fiel ständig aus und als wir nach einem kleinem Rundgang wieder im Zimmer wollten da funktionierte der Schlüssel nicht. Die Dusche hatte einen verstopften Abfluss. Im Restaurant war der Service unfreundlich und das Essen war gerade so an der Grenze des geniessbaren. Der Restaurant Raum sehr kühl ohne atmosphere. Das Wasser im Schwimmbad hatte eine schlechte Qualität. Als wir nach TukTuk an der reception fragten wurden wir nach draussen geschickt, da sollten Taxis oder TukTuk stehen. *** hat sich keine Mühe gegeben uns einen heranzuholen und so liefen wir über diese belebte Strassen und suchten nach eine Fahrmöglichkeit. Also insgesamt alles katastrophal

It was a nice stay.. staff is really good and food was fantastic.. I recommend this property for couples and all family member .. Also near by to Fateh Sagar lake and other attraction so you can easily get transfer and all other service are available like gym, swimming pool restro bar and others are there.. 5star from my end

We have taken pool package with dinner , it is a best swimming pool in the city where we had spent 2 hours with refreshing drinks, hotel is a palacial building gives a look of 5 star+ hotel having luxurious interiors, after using pool , we decided to stay here and believe me that it was a memorable stay, Mr Raj who is a GM here arranged all in very good ***ner, we wish good luck to this Amar Mahal will be known best in town in coming days, wow amazing

The staff has given us early check-in and very cooperative and we were welcomed by welcome drink which is very refreshing, staff very courteous and given good services, we will remember this trip and we will come back again, thanks to amar mahal team fir making our stay so comfortable

The experience was even far better than expected Really appreciate the staff and advise to experience the luxury feel. The food was very good and hygienic Staff was very nice and service was also very good Best amenities and best guidence given by staff to explore Udaipur and chittorgarh fort

Best experience if you are planning with couple or family or friends this is the perfect stay. Staff and ***agement is very friendly and supportive must try this properties.stay was really amazing and pool are and spa is also available so can try and explore everything.

Trulyy the Amar Mahal is simply amazing! From the service to the architecture, everything was top-notch. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway! staff was very helpful. I was there for a wedding program and there I got to know that the dress I carried doesn't fit me, it was around 8:30 pm and all tailor shops were closed, the guy at the front desk personally called a tailor and arranged To get my dress fit for my size.

Hotel staff is very polite and the hotel is well maintained. We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and our overall stay was made quite pleasant by the staff. They were knowledgeable and helped us throughout our trip. Would definitely recommend
