I recently stayed at the hotel silver palace in haldwani, uttarakhand, and had a comfortable experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the main market area, making it easy to access local shops, restaurants, and transportation. *pros* - central location in the heart of haldwani's main market - friendly and helpful hotel staff - clean and well-maintained rooms - good value for money *cons* - hotel rate are bit higher if they put some discount on next visit that will be best then *overall experience* my stay at hotel silver palace was pleasant, and i would recommend it to travelers looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in haldwani. The hotel's location and friendly staff made my visit enjoyable.

Stay at solitude haldwani was money well spent. Exceptionally done rooms & spotlessly clean property. Access to cafeteria for meals was relaxing. Enjoyed a walk on the terrace. Host along-with the staff are respectful & supportive. Definitely to be visited again.

Every thing was pleasant, but i find the room booked not being given to us, room given to us was somewhat cheaper as compared to booked room

Hotel appears to have been built a few years back, age of construction can be seen all over. The rooms and balcony and reception area are very spacious. In fact they look really large as per current standards. But the age is seen on all items from flooring to furniture to decor. Food (Bf ) was basic and rather with limited choice. We used the hotel for a night stay on drive back to Delhi from Ranikhet. Soba good place for a night over. On the main highway so easy accessibility

Good and decent hotel at this price. Clean and big room. Food also good. Only reason i am not giving 5 star is that even after asking for a hard bed, they didn't provide one. I was told they don't have harder beds. Every big hotel should have at least one or two hard bed options for travellers with back problems

The hotel gets full points for its convenient location and spacious rooms. I was here to attend a marriage and needed a place to stay with the family. The Bed was comfy and king size , though one pillow did not have a pillow cover. Sadly, our hot and cold AC was not working properly nor was the bathroom light working. They provided Tea making kits but No electric kettle ! The room did not look well dusted either. The staff was helpful and did fix most of the things but the promised hot water in the chilling weather was still quite cold in the evening , in the morning we did get hot water. They have room service and dining room too , an elevator is available which is good if you have luggage or bad knees. In Peak Covid times , they insisted on masks but most of their own staff wasn't wearing masks , nor did they provide sanitizers at reception or check vaccination certificates. For a business hotel , I did not find any garment hangers in the wardrobe or any stationary in the room. At the price I paid I have had far better rooms even in five star hotels !
