Good place to stay

Our first visit to the Pearl Hotel & spa Located in Umm al Quwain, We really had a great time It was a relaxed and friendly environment. The staff was very attentive and caring if you want to experience the hustle and bustle of Dubai but don't want to stay in the city's heart, the Pearl Hotel & Spa was made just for you ... Had an amazing time there .

Nice and wonderful experience, starting from the ambience/ vibe to the hospitality of the staffs all were top notch. Totally enjoyed and made some wonderful memories there. I can observe the attention you guys pay to even small details, thanks for that. Really looking forward to visit again, and all the best for your courteous hospitality and service.

Penny pinching management makes an otherwise pleasant location highly unpleasing. Due to other commitments I tried 5 times to talk to management about moving the dates, obtaining a refund, or even moving the booking to next year. TO no avail. As soon as they have your payment, you'll never see you money again, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately management choose a gain of a few dirhams over customer satisfaction.

My partner and I have stayed in Pearl several times, nice location, facilities good and staff very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they allow smoking in the majority of rooms which includes the nicer and larger rooms. The non smoking rooms are relatively few and quite small. It's the third time I've had a room that smells of smoke as its embedded into the room. The rooms have outside areas and balconies to allow for smoking, can you please stop smoking in the rooms. When mentioned to the staff, this comment is often heard. As I say I like Pearl and I will be going back but this really lets it down for me as the majority of people don't smoke. As an aside the staff are all really friendly, helpful and attentive.

Lovely experience! Hotel was clean, safe and quiet. AC was fresh and cold. Very lovely trip and friendly and helpful staff! We will come again. Bar and food was good too and breakfast catered well for veggies. Pool facilities are lovely and right next to a beach.

We had a great 2-night staycation at the Pearl Hotel and Spa with friends celebrating a birthday. I cannot rave enough about this place, the people are friendly I love the old-school laid-back vibe. The German restaurant is amazing and the Filipino band in the Filipino restaurant is honestly one of the best bands I have ever heard. We had a fantastic stay and are already looking to book to come back again soon.

Best place to relax, reception staff very friendly and helpful,I can’t say enough good things about the service at this restaurant.food is amazing always, The staff is incredibly accommodating for minor changes and goes the extra mile to ensure guests are happy. Specially I like to mention Nimesh thank you for making our day special, Bravo
