古爾慕哈格蘭大酒店(The Gulmohar Grand Hotel)

Excellent hotel and great facilities. Loved the fact that they have built such a beautiful hotel for people who will be traveling from Chandigarh to Kangra. Great rooms , excellent, sanitized bathrooms and decent toiletries. Food is also excellent.

We had been to the Gulmohar Grand Hotel two times, and the stay then in 2022 was comfortable, but this time, it was a bad experience. When we booked in April 2024, the room was okay; no TV network was available, and the bathroom had the water leaking; we had to place the doormat to prevent us from falling. The request for an extra bed (we had done the bookings prior and hadpaid an advance for it), had a mattress which had torn cover, it was smelling, and it was placed on the floor without the folding bed! The worst was the bedsheet, which had stains and the quilt with no cover; it was of cheap quality and had grease marks on it. The quality of the food during the dinner was bad. Breakfast had all the things gone cold, and none of the heating was on, and both times, we had to keep calling the staff to give us water or tell them about any other requirement. The hotel bell cart had all its four wheels struggling to come off. The only person who was helpful and worth mentioning was the hotel staff member, Ms ***isha. She has very good communication skills, she is courteous, polite, respectful and she was very sweet to us.

The most wonderful hotel! Really makes us believe as if we’re staying at a palace. Thank you Mr. Neeraj Khriyal for the wonderful hospitality and we shall see you people soon! Amazing experience Had been there for a birthday party and enjoyed every bit of it. Decoration was superb. Highly recommend for everyone, hospitality was awesome. Rooms are also very spacious and beautiful.

Felt like this is more hyped hotel. Though our stay was short, barely for 12 hours just a break journey to sleep at night. We went by reviews on various sites, which most of them gave given highest possible ratings. Thought our experience in the limited period of stay was not pleasant. There were insects in bathroom. Shower was not maintained and was operating partially. No hot water and no bucket in bathroom. The main door made noise.

Ajay was very helpful and nice . He did out of the box things for helping , greatly appreciate it. He was very well behaved and treated us with great joy and excitement. A very nice stay there and wanna thank him for all the efforts he made for us !!

Intercom Not woking. Hot water issue. Comes after more than 10mins of water run. Worst was, we ordered Missi Roti and the Chef served us normal tandoori with a pinch of turmeric to make it look yellow in colour resembling Missi. And the. When we complained, the staff started debating with us that It is Missi roti baselessly. After we got furious and asked to tirn up their Mnager Mr. Sharma, he came and apologized. And now the hastle at checkout. firstly the the swipe machine qas not functioning so they kept us standing at the reception for more than 15mins. Then multiple mistke on the bills. Then cashier signing the bill in place of guest. And after all the correction the printer got dead. Services of this hotel was by far the worst considering their name in the Market. The hotel did not provided the heat convector in the room untill asked. Last but not the least, Breakfast timing are from 07:30Am. Thery served it after 8Am. And that yo kept us waiting for poori/bhatura for more than 15mins untill our food got cold. My experience at this hotep was Pathetic. Will never make a 2nd visit here.

This is actually one of those lucky gems kind of a hotel. I booked it at quite a cheap price and I was expecting a very average hotel but I was pleasantly surprised when I reached it. It's a wonderful full service hotel with ***y amenities. My stay with parents and my wife was extremely pleasant and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and the staff is courteous. I would highly recommended it.

Very good experience staying here for a factory visit.it was a 3 nights stay and the staff ensured we had a delightful experience.they need to add more food option which is decently prepared. Rooms are very large sized one.
