聖路易斯皇家索尼斯塔蔡斯公園廣場酒店(The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza St Louis)

This hotel is having some kind of problem with the staffing. We booked two rooms. Neither of them were ready at the moment of check-in. We have to wait approximately half an hour for them. If you arrive late at night there is no valet parking. If you are leaving early to the airport there is nobody in the front desk to open the doors so you can leave the hotel. We were overbilled for the parking charges and the lady in the front desk was not able to print a list of charges without checking-out the room so we can review them in advances.

This is a big hotel conveniently located off I-64. Check-in first to get a hotel card to access the garage ($35 surcharge). Lovely restaurants, grocery store (Straub’s) nearby. We went to the Missouri Botanical Garden, ate at the Hill (Italian district), an easy drive down back to the hotel. Brentwood Shopping Center isn’t far, and Chase is a nice alternative to staying around the Mall area.

Room was nice and outside pool was fun. Set parking was easy. Tried having breakfast at the Preston one morning. Waited 20 minutes for a table. Finally sat down and after 22 minutes or waiting for service we got up and left and went somewhere local for breakfast. Sat outside at the pool area. Waited 45 minutes for our sandwich then another 40 minutes to pay. Not sure if they were short staffed but for what we paid to stay I would have expected top notch service. Very nice place but will look for other options on my next visit.

I've been wanting to stay at the Chase my whole life; it's a gorgeous building and historic landmark. The actual room we reserved, however, was not especially impressive. The paint was chipped on the bathroom wall, there were no bathrobes, and the room itself felt a bit underwhelming. We had two free drinks with our reservation, but waited for ten minutes with no service at the bar downstairs, and decided to just head back to our room.

Rodney - evening front desk very professional and helpful. Room Service, doorman, and valet staff - nice and professional Room - cold, tub was clog and filled up when showering, not enough towels and only one washcloth for four people, of course we did share a washcloth, and the towels provided smelled bad.

The room’s two queen beds only had one made. One literally had a sheet thrown on the beds mattress and that was it. Not even a mattress cover. I took a photo. Have to pay for microwave and parking. When we checked out the front desk tried to charge us double our rate. Pretty sad. Used to stay hear all the time visiting my children at SLU.

Beautiful hotel. Very much a resort feel as the oil, bar and restaurant are within close proximity of each other and servers tend to all select days/times. The movie theater was an amazing surprise. Definitely will stay here again when in town.

Our stay was an overnight couples getaway. The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. The we will start here again during ball games for sure! Only complaint is that I received a $15 credit from **********, had to ask about it upon arrival, and then it wasn’t applied at checkout so now I’m having to wait for billing to get back to me. That’s an inconvenience that I shouldn’t have to worry about after I leave the hotel.

Booked this hotel due to it being close and available to the hospital that my wife was in. Contacted the property the night that I planned on staying and let them know we figured we’d be a late check in due to not knowing when my wife would get released from the er. At 3:45am I arrived at the hotel with my 18 month old and found all doors was locked requiring a key card as expected. Called the hotel several times while looking into the lobby for staff no one ever answered or was seen in the hotel. At 4:30 I gave up contacting and returned to the hospital parking garage to wait till she was released. Hotel looks spectacular just wish the night time customer service was the same.
