上阿靈頓DXL Big + Tall附近酒店

We were in Columbus for a two week unplanned stay because of a family emergency (loved one in hospital ICU). We moved to the Marriott Towneplace OSU because after 4 nights at Staybridge OSU and our status, they had no room for us (we are lifetime Diamond members at Hilton and Diamond Elite at IHG-Holiday Inn Staybridge. We don’t usually stay at Marriott). I was a mess when I called Towneplace and spoke to Patrick and he said “Come check in, we got you”. He let us check in early- at noon, he offered a medical rate, a clean and comfortable room. Breakfast area was very tidy, comfortable and food was delicious. It’s the little things too-offered free soap/dryer sheets for use in their onsite washers, gladly printed emails, and made copies for me. It was a stress free, welcoming environment. All their staff was friendly, professional and wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their guests included families with lots of kids/traveling sports teams, professionals attending meetings, a rock band (John Waite), families with their dogs—and all were treated kindly and welcomed. The front desk staff (day and night) care about their guests, made a point to chat and are so helpful. Truly, I can’t say enough. Now that we are not staying for business, Marriott will be our choice.

Room clean, asked for extra linen and towels and got without problems. Booked for 2 nights and only needed one night, they wanted notified by 12 noon if we needed to stay extra night.The desk person at time of booking told me 6pm. If I need to stay again, will ask for front rooms, trains are on the back. Close to OSU hospitals and stadium.

8月中旬住了3晚;有2間大牀房,4樓面向前(街道);有自己的車,OSU校園很近;Target和購物在馬路上2分鐘;附近吃東西很快;樓層有這麼高的天花板,讓人感覺開闊;大堂在二樓,有遊戲(游泳池)和連接四個等。沒有提供免費的b-fast;工作人員非常樂於助人;在抵達前交付了幾個大包裹,在到達時交付了幾個較小的包裹;沒有存儲/獲取問題;注意-酒店的一側面向鐵路(可能有點吵-即使有隔音窗)-但我沒有體驗到任何這一點;回到哥倫布時還會住在這裏

房間隔音效果很差，周邊配套很缺失 很矛盾的綜合體，外面很安靜，但是酒店又很鬧 唯一不錯的就是早餐的玻璃，安靜在角落享受着早餐，可以看見松鼠和小鳥 再就是他的泳池很好，同樣可以看見外面

We spent a weekend here as a couple during September 2022. There was a home game, (Ohio State) and quite a few wedding guest at the hotel. The check-in process was quick, efficient and professional. We unloaded the car at the lobby pull in section then parked in the free parking garage that isn't a far walk. I'm not a huge fan of the garage because of vehicle break in possibilities so we parked on the top deck were hotel rooms were looking down at the vehicle hopefully making it safer. We did not have any vehicle break in issues. We had a corder king room, considering the hotel was FULL, game day weekend, and wedding guests, this location was remarkably quiet. The location is great for getting to anywhere in Columbus you need to be. While we did not use the amenities, we were very please with all aspects of our stay. I can definitely see what this hotel is ranked #1 in Columbus on trip advisor. Ever since our stay, we always look at this hotel for rates prior to deciding where to stay.
