蘭卡斯特假日酒店(Holiday Inn Lancaster)

Every evening about 10 pm and morning at 6 am the tour groups did a lot of hooting and hollering in the hall. No maid service for 4 day stay, no closet or ironing board - it was glamping for $240.00 night. Lots of impaired persons hanging out on the corner and alley between garage and front door needing money. Not worth the money

We stayed for two nights at first our room smelled like paint and we were Moved to another room and smelled like paint again. The girls at the desk were so nice and very helpful they got us another room that was great. I think they should have more dining and a coffee station and free breakfast for patrons. The shops around the hotel were really nice, the sweet shop and ice cream shop, overall it was a nice trip.

The first room I was sent too had a strong chemical smell so I asked to be given a new room, which they did with no issue. The second room was ok but it looked as if the tub was dirty. I used a Lysol wipe to try to clean it but it didn’t come off so I’m guessing it was stain. The faucet of tiny was also loose and only half the water came out of the shower. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable and I felt safe there for my overnight stay.

Nice facility, however, rooms poorly designed. Bathroom lighting too bright, hair dryer lame, light switches blend in with wall paper and difficult to locate, towel rack clear across room from shower, bedroom lamp switches difficult to operate, fridge freezes liquids, no directions on how to operate shower fixtures. Recommend installing paper towel supply to wipe up spills instead of using towels, bath towels too cheap and too thin. Best feature was king size bed and large TV screen.

Nice hotel. Smelled like paint downstairs as they just have painted an area recently. About a half block away are homeless and drug users. Not the hotels fault. Is a very close walk to many restaurants and bars. Nice stay.

Great hotel in a convenient location. There was an issue with the parking that I prepaid for with the hotel room. They gave us free parking and implying they were doing so outside of the reservation, but I specifically prepaid for it with it being printed on my receipt from **********.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is in a great location within walking distance of lots to do!! I'll make this our new place to stay when visiting!
