Otimo Hotel Melhor localização não há, literalmente ski in out. Fomos muito bem atendidos, todos solícitos, os camareiros super detalhistas. Cafe da manha completo, vallet de ski super pratico, e o bar sempre com musica ao vivo a noite.

El hotel es muy bonito .y el personal muy amable. Solo que ofrece desayuno buffet en su página y nunca lo hubo era a la carta y lo servían en la barra del bar . Había muchas cosas cerradas.

Truly outstanding experience. Hotel and surroundings are beautiful and staff/service was beyond compare. You should like skiing, hiking or golf because you are up there in the stratosphere.

Beautiful view and comfortable bed. And the only good customer service came from the bell hop. I would not come back here and I would advise anyone who asks to not come here. No room service plus other amenities not available. Poor customer service from front desk and the staff at 8100 restaurant. Our room wasn't ready after 4pm. Our keys didn't on our first rooms. Three tries later, they gave us different rooms. We did not receive all our items for our first breakfast. After waiting 1.5hr, we did not receive any food at our 2nd breakfast. There are no lunch options. Dinner was served in the bar. All of our steaks were overcooked but delicious. None of us complained or sent it back. The burger was also overcooked. Again, did not complain or send it back. This was supposed to be a relaxing weekend with non-ski activities, as advertised for this time of year, but there was nothing to do. And no concierge to help.

I had a great stay at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa. I was there for a conference during the off-season and the rates were very affordable. The hotel property is in a beautiful location and the hotel itself is in great condition and fits the ambiance of the area. The staff was friendly. I'd stay here again.

Amenities were amazing. The staff was very service oriented. The rooms and fragrance were very clean and welcoming.

This was a business trip where I stayed at two different locations for the same trip based on availability. This was the west of the two. Inaccessible because of community gate and nothing available in this hotel because outside of ski season. Despite the fact this for a conference that hosted about 160 folks. My personal opinion would be that the hotel could have changed their rules like later checkout or longer kitchen hours for a couple days to accommodate.

We had a good enough stay. Globalist recognition was decent with the stated benefits being valuable--- parking, resort fee and breakfast comped. They do not accept suite upgrade certs at this property. We received no upgrade and while we were given a high floor, we did not get a view. Rooms are small, but nicely decorated. Overall, it was a great stay due to its convenience and nice touches like smores and a robust breakfast offering. They also brought a teepee to our room, which was a fun surprise for the kids. They could do a better job with maintaining the property. Often wet towels were just strewn in the hallways (that's also on guests not to be rude). They also need to do a improve small things like ensuring water containers are full, cups are available, and hot chocolate is maintained. For the price of a room, nothing is more frustrating than skiing all day with kids and finding you can't get them a hot chocolate b/c the container is empty or there are no cups (every day we were there it was one of two issues). The Easter Egg hunt was a major disappointment. Kids following a woman with a giant box dropping eggs at 10am. The best resort hunt was at the Ritz Reynolds where they littered the property with eggs overnight and kids woke up to a magical hunt each day over the holiday weekend. That's much better than the cluster that was their hunt in the middle of a prime ski day. I don't know that we would return for the cost in both cash and points.

Our recent stay at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek surpassed all expectations. From the moment we booked, the communication was exceptional, ensuring a seamless experience. Every staff member was dedicated to exceeding our expectations, providing friendly, personal, and attentive service throughout our stay. The warm greetings at valet services and reception, the helpfulness with our family's needs, and the genuine care from the restaurant team made every interaction memorable. This is a true ski-in, ski out property, with a great Ski Valet service! Nothing like finishing your run, and being able to get your ski boots off quickly and have them dry out and ready for the next day. The ski school meets right outside the premises, so great for dropping off little ones if they are in the school. Having stayed here before, our expectations were high, but Park Hyatt Beaver Creek not only met them but surpassed them, becoming our preferred choice in Vail Valley. We eagerly anticipate our next visit and thank the entire team for their dedication to excellence. Can't wait to create more wonderful memories with you!
