非常適合家庭度假，離馬賽一個半小時路程，在一片幽靜的山村中。景色優美，房間，餐廳都不錯，員工服務好，前台7*24小時服務。提供野餐服務，在山下的葡萄園或者橄欖樹林中野餐的感覺非常棒。

Dans un tel village provençal face à l'emblématique Mont Ventoux, dans une Provence de carte postale, nous ne pouvions pas trouver mieux que l'Hôtel-Spa de Crillon dont la réputation n'a pas attendu notre venue. Du voiturier à l'accueil, tout nous laissait augurer un week-end de félicité. Nous n'avons pas été déçus. L'ensemble des acteurs , par leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme ont contribué à rendre notre week-end en famille, à l'occasion d'un anniversaire familial, un moment privilégié. Du bar ( excellents cocktails) à la restauration bistronomique pleine de saveur en passant par l'hébergement ( literie de grande qualité dans la suite 6 avec vue sur le Ventoux qu'on pourrait presque toucher du doigt ), tout a concouru à faire de ces moments une parenthèse qualitative. Merci à toute et à tous.

Accueil chaleureux. Hôtel somptueux. Buffet généreux. Et le levé du soleil sur le Ventoux depuis la chambre était tout simplement à tomber. Rien à redire. Vous en repartirez comblés de bonheur. A faire également la Table du Ventoux. Le dessert « Finger » vaut le détour.

Quel charme a cet hôtel !! Dès la porte d’entrée , nous avons une vue plongeante sur la campagne environnante et Le Mont Ventoux. Plusieurs Bâtisses en pierre forment cet hôtel … il ne faut pas avoir de problème de mobilité.! Nous circulons entre les pierres , les rosiers,les plantes aromatiques … J’ai adoré le calme et la serenité qui se dégagent de ce lieux….. Tout était parfait dans notre suite ,beaucoup de détails d’un luxe raffiné et discret. A conseiller vivement

I checked into this hotel on 10/20 for a milestone birthday trip, and we paid 3 nights for a suite with a big terrace (which the photos showed), which was a deal breaker for us. Upon check in, we were notified that we were “upgraded” to a room without a terrace, and with a pretty bad look. The room was extremely dated and not what we asked for. It felt like a major downgrade. They said that if we don’t specifically tell them that we want a room with a terrace (even though all the photos of this room are with a terrace) they would not guarantee one. They tried to “upgrade” us again to another room, and our two options were either a room with a small balcony but with a strange vibe, or a smaller room with windows that don’t open at all. We decided to cut our stay short to just 1 night, without any discount for the night we stayed in at a worse room. This entire experience was very stressful for us after days of travelling and being exhausted. So just a reminder for everyone that if they try to “upgrade” you, don’t believe them at face value and reminder not to say yes unless you have all the right information.

Quel accueil désastreux ! Pour un hôtel de ce niveau … La jeune femme a l accueil lors de notre passage (alors que nous avions précisé chercher une chambre haut de gamme pour loger des membres de notre famille) nous a répondu sans lever les yeux de son ordinateur, en nous tendant mollement une carte de visite … Ça ne donne vraiment pas envie ! Quel dommage car la première impression est souvent déterminante … 😟☹️😧
