We stayed here on the last night of our 2 week tour of Alberta and BC. This was the nicest hotel, best bed, cleanest and nicest decorated room, mountain atmosphere, etc etc. The breakfast was a full hot fresh cooked fresh food variety...not your typical at all!! Beautiful lounge for drinks and food too.

The waterslide was down due to a child contaminating it but staff was amazing. They provided alternatives and tried their very best. We did get in to the pool the next day and waterslide is amazing! Kids (13, 15) were thrilled. Breaky was excellent. So many gr8 options including eggs which were not watery, bacon, sausages, and good hash browns. Hotel and surroundings are superior. Quiet, beautiful. Peaceful. Staff is plentious and friendly! Our fav out of many hotels this trip.

Check in was loud due to the manager dealing with a drunk patron at 5.30. The restaurant was so busy they took over an hour to even take my order and then the food was cold and terrible. Ordered brisket and it was like a tough shoe to eat. Over $40 and not worth it.

We were disappointed that we arrived on a day when neither the lounge nor dining room were open and we had to go off site after a long drive already that day. Breakfast was great and all staff that we encountered were professional and very helpful.

We enjoy staying here because its convenient and a great place for family. The breakfast was over the top and the breakfast hostess was a darling!!! My kids loved her!!
The restaurant (for dinner) however is painfully expensive. Not convenient for a family with very picky little kids.
The pool is amazing. My kids talk about the slide every time we visit. And we sooooo appreciate having swim towels available also.

Motel was back, further away from the highway, had a nature walk for 5kms behind the motel. The pool/slide and hot tub were relaxing. Rooms were clean, comfortable and updated. The pub/sitting area in the lobby was bright with many windows. Had a fireplace that wasn’t needed while we were there but would have been nice when needed.
The breakfast was amazing with a large variety of food and the breakfast attendant was receptive and very friendly.

Room was extremely noisy and overpriced.
By adjusting the height of a sidewalk along the entrance to the hotel by raising it 1.5”, they have created a trip hazard. I myself tripped on it seriously contusing and lacerating one arm. No warning markings or signs at all.
