Excellent emplacement, sinon le meilleur avec balcon qui donne sur le parc, mais aucune commodité. PAS D’INTERNET dans les chambres. Literie tachée. Attente de plus de 5 minutes pour l’eau chaude. Que 2 prises électriques, manque de serviettes, crochets brisés dans la salle de bain. Pas de cintres. Pas de coffre de sécurité.

The location of this hotel is fabulous. However, the hotel itself is terrible. My room was decently clean. However, the bedsheets were so thin you could look through them and the towels actually had holes in them. There was broken towel bars in the bathroom. I’m not that picky so I did not make a big deal about these things however, my sister-in-law got a room that was very dirty. When she complained, they gave her another room that ended up having bedbugs in it. Luckily, she noticed them on time and was able to move rooms once again. Third time was a charm and they gave her an upgraded room with a view to the main plaza. The hotel is actually really nice but it’s too bad that the owners have chosen not to give it any maintenance or spend money on updating their supplies. I will NOT be staying here again and advise you to look elsewhere. There are much better options for cheaper.

Deben entrenar mejor el personal de la recepción, me entregaron una habitación ocupada y luego me hicieron subir 3 veces porque no configuraron bien la llave

La estancia en el Hotel muy bien . El problema fué que el estacionamiento insuficiente del hotel y nos ofrecieron otro fuera del hotel pero por tiempo limitado.

No servía el clima y la tv no encendía, nos cambiaron la habitación y nos mandaron hasta donde ni la luz llegaba y en el último nivel, mal servicio

Hotel had stains all over the sheets and left a weird film on my skin, like they had not been rinsed and were covered in (what I hope??) was detergent. The AC did not work very well at all. It was very hot all night even at the lowest setting. No shower curtain, towel bar or toilet roll holder so taking a shower soaks the entire bathroom. The acoustics were horrible, very loud from outside and the bar above plays horrible techno until very late. No parking on site like it states. The staff was very nice and the location in town was fantastic.

Overall, a good stay and value. Comfortable, great location, and a good restaurant and service. Its an old building whose rooms have renovated. The bathroom is cramped with the toilet wedged between the wall and sink table but no other complaints. Staff was good. Hotel was what I expected from a 3 star.

No me gusto fue una gran decepción las fotos no son actuales todo esta viejo mal cuidado cucarachas camas duras regadera con poca precion no me pude bañarme dio realmente asco quedarme aquí no tuve otra opción porque no había otro hotel disponible

L’hôtel est très joli. Les chambres sont confortables. Il n’y a pas vraiment de balcon mais des espaces communs très sympa pour se poser devant les chambres et l’ambiance du staf est très sympathique. Le resto est très bien que ce soit celui d’en bas au bord de la piscine ou le rooftop qui en plus a une très belle vu sur la place et la cathédrale.
