聖羅克巴利亞多利德住宿加早餐旅館(Casa San Roque Valladolid)

Très grande chambre, extrêmement propre et confortable, immense salle de bains. L'hôtel est une petite structure et possède un parking. Idéalement situé pour visiter Valladolid. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans le jardin. Personnel agréable.

Hotel San Roque We left Hotel San Roque after one night, although we were booked for 5 nights. Our experience at Hotel San Roque was absolutely AWEFUL! Upon arrival, we were initially impressed with the property grounds. The concierge was very nice and helpful. However, those are the only positives I can express about San Roque. The room we were given first did not have running water. The air conditioning was poor and the ceiling fan was extremely noisy. Obviously the more pressing issue was a lack of running water for showers, toilet flushing and hand washing. 30 mins after informing staff of the water issues, they told us we could “use the shower in another room”. We requested to change rooms altogether and we’re met with apprehension. They reluctantly allowed us to switch rooms but stated it would be an additional charge. The room was a couple square feet larger, no additional amenities. Unless, of course, you consider running water an amenity. That night, we listened to the pounding music from a nearby club until 3:00am. It was so loud it rattled the windows. The next morning, we informed them we would be checking out due to the lack of running water in the first room and the extreme noise all night. They denied our request for a refund. About 10 minutes later, the concierge knocked on our door to offer an “upgrade to the suite.” By that time we had already had a horrible experience and were told we would not be compensated for the inconvenience but would, in fact, have to pay more to have a room with running water and efficient appliances. It was too little, too late. Now, let’s talk about the room. The bed did not come with a blanket, only a sheet. There was a laminated paper with strange rules, including no eating in your room. The toilet did not flush well due to lack of water pressure. We’ve stayed in many places throughout Mexico - Jalisco, Nayarit, Quintana Roo, Yucatán, Guerrero - and this is the worst experience we’ve had in México. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. And always use a credit card for additional recourse, as Hotel San Roque will attempt to keep your money.

Très joli petit hôtel tenu par une famille depuis plusieurs générations. Très central. Ils vous donnent un ticket pour que vous puissiez vous garer dans le parking public à 200m de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est bon, oranges pressées fraîches, mais pas très copieux. Nous verrons plus tard que ce sont les standards du Mexique. Les chambres sont meublées de vieux meubles familiaux, on se croirait en Espagne. Le personnel, est sympathique, quoiqu’un peu rigide : interdiction de fumer dehors près des chambres. On va dans la rue ou au fond du jardin près de la piscine si on ne dérange pas.

Casa San Roque è un albergo di piccole dimensioni ma ben curato. Il giardino con piscina è gradevole anche se piccolo (potete scorgere anche qualche iguana che passeggia libero). La stanza (piano terra) era ampia e pulita. Pale sul soffitto e aria condizionata. Colazione ( poco varia) servita con parecchia lentezza direttamente al tavolo (no buffet) su ordinazione che viene presa il giorno precedente. Personale gentile.

Très joli petit établissement ! Le personnel est très gentil , souriant et accueillant . Le petit déjeuner était copieux ( tartines salade de fruits œufs jus de fruits ) . La chambre était très bien tenue . La piscine est très agréable ainsi que que le petit jardin . C’est un hôtel tres tres bien situé en plein cœur de la ville . Nous avons pu garer la voiture juste en face de l’hôtel ( nous avons trouvé de la place sans souci ) .

Truly a wonderful sweet hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean and the shower pressure was excellent. The lobby is very inviting as well as the pool and garden areas. The roosters and the church bells wake you in the morning. The true gem of this hotel is Manuel, the owner. He was there at check in and gave us some very nice tips. He checked in with us several times to ask about our stay We we’re traveling by car to Merida and highly suggested we stop at Izamal to see this beautiful town and suggested a restaurant there. We took his advice and We are so glad we did. Amazing meal in a beautiful atmosphere and another memory made. Thank you Manuel.

Nous avons fait une halte à Valladolid pour une visite matinale à Chichen Itza. Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise quand on nous annonça que le petit déjeuner ne pouvait être servi qu'à partir de 8h. Comme nous avions payé le petit-déjeuner nous avons reçu un lunch box (une maigre tartine, une banane et un peu de jus d'orange) cher payé pour si peu. En ce qui concerne la chambre rien à redire. Par contre la douche juste un filet d'eau, impossible de rincer les cheveux correctement. Si nous avons mis un avis mitigé car au delà de ces points, le personnel est très aimable.

The rooms were clean and nice! It was nice to have breakfast on site. It's obvious the staff care about what they do. We were greeted with a friendly smile every day! The pool was convenient to take a dip in after the days adventures! Good location for walking around town and felt safe the entire time.

Bonito hotel en una finca tipo hacienda colonial muy bien situado, incluso se puede aparcar enfrente. La habitación con cama extragrande es más que suficiente si vas con 2 maletas grandes. Buen baño. El desayuno está muy bueno y todo el equipo es súper amable. Si situación te permite pasear por el centro de Valladolid rápidamente. Y para hacer Ik Kil a primera hora es ideal, también tienes Chichen Itzá en el entorno. Buena wifi, y precio competitivo. Muy recomendable.
