瓦萊塔盧森酒店(Valletta Lucente Guest House)

La suite reservée était vraiment sublime ! Très grande et confortable, elle était également idéalement située en plein centre de La Valette, dans une rue animée, ce qui est très pratique (resto, magasins, ferry et bus à proximité). Pour les nuits du week end, des boules quies peuvent être nécessaires pour amoindrir l'animation des restos situés en dessous mais cela n'empêche en rien un sommeil de qualité. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié, le personnel souriant et sympathique. Un très agréable séjour en amoureux à Malte !

Il personale gentilissimo, super disponibile, però su hotels era segnalato che avevano il parcheggio proprio, invece non è vero. Andrebbe detto. La colazione così così, per un 4 stelle mi aspettavo meglio: avendo problemi di intolleranza al lattosio lo avevo segnalato e mi hanno fatto trovare il latte senza lattosio, quello si. Avevo chiesto le uova sode, ma le cucinavano solo al momento, se richieste, dunque ci ho provato ma mi sono arrivate bollenti e crude dentro. Andrebbero cucinate per minimo 20 minuti e servite fredde.

Very nice hotel right in the middle of Valletta. Very close to all attractions and restaurants. The room we stayed in was on the 4 floor with view on the harbor. The staff was super friendly and would help us with all the questions we have. The parking is not easy if you have a car. One we used was in 10 minutes walking distance from hotel which would fill out after 8am till 5 pm and after 6 pm.

On arrival our room the light did not come on so was dark, my husband crossed to switch the light on but tripped on a low table not visible in the dark, grazing his leg so badly we spent 7 hours at the hospital to be stitched up and had 3 follow up visits and a holiday ruined. The table was a dangerous hazard in a dark room and we feel the hotel was responsible for the accident. There is no mention on the web that the hotel is located on a very steep road that no taxi or car can access so is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is no access to a roof terrace unless staying in one of the penthouse rooms. We felt the breakfast offered was picnic food - cold meats, cheese, pickles, quiche, no sweet pastries, eggs or toast etc

Breakfast was exceptional. Charlie was very welcoming and helpful when our luggage didn’t arrive for two days. The location is perfect to easily walk to everything in Valletta. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Added tremendous value to my Malta experience. The staff could not have been more lovely. The fine touches and attention to detail set a high standard for my future travels.

It is a beautiful place, the room was in 3 different floors and it had a spiral staircase, the vew from the top balcony was magnificent!!!!

Amazing hotel in the heart of Valletta! Great spot especially if you want to feel the heartbeat of the city! Hosts were wonderful and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend! And don’t forget to buy a piece of their beautiful artwork to remind you of your stay!

Valetta Lucente is in a prime location in downtown Valetta although on a pedestrian only street which makes it a bit difficult when using Uber. However the hotel more than makes up for it. Interior quirky but really works. We arrived at 3:00 AM but staff were there to assist us. Didn't meet Charles till the second last day of our visit but previous reviews on both him and his wife and staff lived up to their reviews. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Malta. I mentioned about quiet. When we arrived at 3:00 AM the street was very quiet but when we got up and went outside the hustle and bustle and noise was a shock! However the construction of the hotel (solid) meant that no sound penetrated to our room, believe me a huge bonus! Congrats Charles, we will be back! Frank D Ottawa October 15th 2023
