Très vieux brûlé de cigarette sur tapis Bain taches de rouille Matelas très vieux et pas du tout confortable Nous avons resté que 10min et avons été couché à un autre endroit

When arriving, we were asked to sign a contract listing liabilities for any damage. When we asked for a copy, we were told we could not have one. Booking confirmation stated check-in time at 3:00 pm. When we arrived at 3:00 pm, we were told the room will not be available until 4;00 pm. Booking Confirmation stated the room would have a balcony and a view of the lake. The room provided did not have a balcony, and the window looked at the wall of an adjacent building 6 feet away. The room was suppose to have a dining area and dining chairs. The room did have these. The room was suppose to have WIFI available. We were told that he could not or would not give us the password. The Confirmation states that prepayment is not necessary. We were charged for the room several days before we arrived. An implied amenity is that the room will be clean. The room provided was/is very dirty, and old. The linen has stains on them, as well the floor. The room smells very badly, especially the bathroom.

good:aménagement extérieur très beau sur le bord du lac déplu: tapis toute taché, fil d'araignée dans les rideaux et coin de mur au plafond, boisure de porte salle. Pas de shampoo fourni.

Ultra cher pour l’état de la chambre personnel très froid avec clients douche minuscule et surtout température de qui varie d’une extrême à l’autre très dessus de cette nuitée 👎

Great view right by the St Lawrence river and well maintained pretty garden with picnic chairs and tables are good

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement pres de l'eau et le propriétaire tres gentil.

Rooms were dirty, mouldy, cold (heater didnt work-small one in bathroom did) owners are very unfriendly

Very old and outdated. Turned the heat and light on, went to grab a coffee at 6 am and came back 20 min later to find staff came in and turned off heat and light.
