Un hotel que esta en la más alta categoría. Una super linda y muy agradable estadía, no solo porque se encuentra en uno de los cerros más emblemáticos y patrimoniales de Valparaíso, sino que el hotel en sí es una experiencia. Ofrece una estadía soberbia, resguardando con clase cada detalle. Absolutamente recomendable.

Excelente atención, ubicación, instalaciones, comida! Todo muy bueno y rico! Un hotel en el corazón de cerro alegre, donde puedes guardar el auto y salir a recorrer a pie una zona muy turística de valpo! La habitación, por lo menos en la que estuvimos nosotros, excelente tamaño y vista. Un hotel 10 de 10.

El hotel tiene mucho encanto y la habitación una terraza y unas vistas espectaculares. El personal es atento y amable. Solo nos pareció que el desayuno estaba mal organizado: te traen un menú de frutas, embutidos y bollería a la mesa (lo quieras o no) y luego puedes pedir tortilla o huevos. Nos dio la sensación de que la voluntad de dar un servicio exclusivo (atención personal) redundaba en un peor servicio (lentitud y desorden). Luego, con una inversión en un colchón más actual le daría el 5.

Bien pero los puntos bajos son los ss: -Se siente bastante ruido entre las diversas habitaciones -No tiene calefacción individual, en la habitacion con lo cual la temperatura de la pieza las debes regular abriendo las ventanas. -Que el estacionamiento deba ser pagado y no este incluido en el precio de la habitación.-

No es una experiencia de lujo, diría que promedio a lo mucho. Pobre value for money. Pésimo desayuno.

Beautiful hotel. Our room was spacious and well appointed with a fabulous view. The shower was amazing. We only had breakfast one day and it was great. There are a few bars and restaurants within a close walking distance. Valparaiso is a unique place, and the classic look and feel of this hotel was welcome. We enjoyed our stay!

The views in the rooms overlooking the harbor are amazing. The hotel staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you during your stay. Very comfortable beds, what more can you ask for. The location is great and you need to have a meal at the restaurant for sure.

Great location, amazing staff and beautiful room and setting! So why only a 4? The food was just ok and the value for the stay was out of line (expensive). Love the city full of street assets. We had a private walking tour which is always helpful to better understand an unfamiliar city.

Beautiful small hotel with great amenities and super-friendly service. Our room had a terrace and a spectacular view of the port and the city. Nice breakfast is included, and the hotel handled our trip back to Santiago and rushed our laundry. This is a relatively safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and galleries within easy walking distance on Cerro Allegre and Cerro Concepcion. So glad we spent two nights here instead of trying to do a day trip from Santiago.

Such a beautiful place to stay with comfortable, immaculate rooms , friendly and efficient staff ( English widely spoken ) Excellent food both at breakfast and dinner . Great views of the fabulous city of Valparaiso . Memorable stay !

From the moment we arrived at Casa Higueras we were made feel welcome. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful…..something we discovered is consistent with all Chileans we met. The boutique hotel is ideal located in the middle of the charming town with easy access to all the sites and attractions. The rooms are spacious, well appointed with views across the port and towards Viña del Mar and beyond. The facilities are excellent with a fabulous restaurant serving exquisite food for dinner and breakfast. The outdoor infinity pool and health spa are not to be missed at the end of a long day. We’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely boutique Hotel with beautiful views and great location. I would stay here again.
