萬霍恩 Avid 酒店(Avid Hotel Van Horn)

A very nice modern hotel but very close to the freeway. Traffic all night long. Ear plugs still didn't cut the noise. Too bad they build hotels cheaply and don't spend money on sound proofing. Grab and go breakfast was nice.

This hotel is clean, quiet, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is superior. It is all prepackaged, not like it is cooked in the kitchen inside the other hotels. There are ham/cheese/egg muffins, sausage/egg biscuits, fruits, cereals, yogurts, etc.

It was a nice place to stay. The only complaint we had was their was no hot water for showering.

I was doing a move and needed a stopover. We arrived late and Avid was open and staffed. No problem retrieving my reservation. My son and I got a nights sleep and went on our way. The coffee and self serve breakfast were adequate for our needs. There was a bit of a mixup with the address as published and the actual location. My advice would be to put in the hotel name rather than the address.

First of all, the building was new so that part is nice, but you are really close to the highway and I-10 stays busy all night and you can hear the trucks driving throughout the night. They really need to think about some kind of sound absorbing wall wnightnighthnight

This was our first time staying in an Avid Hotel. It was very clean and very comfortable. After staying at Comfort Suites, this breakfast was just so so. It was adequate.

Went on an elk hunt, and Avid hotel was very accommodating, clean, and comfortable.

Great hotel, everything about it exceeded our expectations.
