温哥華我家酒店(My Place Hotel-Vancouver, WA)

Nice hotel for a great price. Conveniently located near the mall, so you can find food and coffee when you need it. I liked that there was a nice kitchenette in our room, but no dishes/pans/kettle was provided. Bring everything if you plan to cook (or even boil a water for tea) in your room. We used microwave to heat up leftovers from our lunch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good experience overall!

Due to a clear error in the booking process this hotel did not care and continued to bill me the full price and did approve a waiver or allow me to shift the incorrect book date to the correct one. I had to extend my stay at the next hotel early at a higher price two hours away. There was a similar booking error just prior at Orange Tree Hotel in AZ and that property manager cared, had no problem realizing the error and waived the fee for the mistake. This hotel did not care that there was an error having me check in a day earlier even though my checkout date at the previous hotel was the next day. The booking date didnt make sense. Manager cared more about policy to charge me full price and would be impossible to stay there. This hotel did not care about resolving a mistake so easily resolved by another hotel. Uncaring.

They were very helpful and friendly. I had a baby in yow and they helped me with my luggage to the 2nd floor and also back the car when I checked out. Their night staff are smokers and had to stay close to the entrance to watch for guests, but were very courteous and moved far away when they saw me come with the baby. Would stay here again.

It was a great place for us to stay as we finished up our vacation. We were able to stop freshen up, wash some clothes and repack before we took our flight back home to Rapid City. It is a very convenient location to PDX

Clean, safe, quiet, friendy staff. Beds and pillow quality was excellent. The kitchen with a stove and a full size refrigerator was a very convenient. Excellent stay. Will stay again.

It was good. Outside rocks could use cleaning and some areas need replaced where there are no rocks. Some people don’t seem to be able to pick up poop among the rocks.

Bed was comfortable and rooms were clean but our room had a large red stain on the carpet by the bed that was off-putting. Staff was very friendly. I ran out of hot water in the shower both mornings. The water didn't get cold, but it was lukewarm.

Excelente. Muy limpio. Esta cerca a todo. Buen precio.

The room had the right “stuff” there; full siz refrigerator, adult pillows, comfortable bed, useful kitchen sink and a large bathroom.
