關於這家飯店的優點簡直說不完。太好了！完美的位置，安靜，乾淨，非常好，工作人員很棒！我們一週內在這裡住了兩次，兩次都很棒！步行不遠即可到達大量美食和購物場所。很想回去！我們喜歡壁爐！

我從未體驗過的客戶服務——員工們都非常出色。熱水浴缸的溫度恰到好處，我們的客房服務早餐（Caprese Benny）絕對美味！強烈推薦！

We loved our stay here, beds very comfortable, we have stayed at numerous higher end hotels in Dt Van and this Hotel has been the most comfortable beds and amazing staff at check in and check out. Housekeeping does an amazing job too! We love the restaurant, the best broccoli chesse soup ever! Definetly be back next time we are in Van. They should turn the fountains on in the pool is my only issue 😉

The hotel and service were too-notch. I enjoyed every interaction with the staff and felt welcomed from the minute I arrived. I used the amenities and common areas (restaurant, pool and spa, gym and patio spaces) and enjoyed the comfort, decor and service in all areas. It was one of my better hotel stays overall and I will enthusiastically recommend L’Hermitage for a professional or personal occasion.

I broke down in tears once I found my room, I was that stressed out by the check in process. The parking situation is confusing and is really daunting for someone just arriving for a hotel stay, in a city they likely aren’t from. Add to that that once you get into this garage if you find it, there are signs threatening you with fines if you don’t man the gate properly. I did not understand the signs when I first saw them, I didn’t understand what they meant until I got to the elevator and that was long after parking. It’s extremely frustrating and scary to be confronted by sign after sign saying you will be fined, especially since this is your very first impression of being on this property. These signs appeared in other places, there is a sign on the tv that says you will be fined if you mess with the tv cords. I did not look around for other signs, I was upset and did not want to be here from the moment I got here. I did not feel happy here, and it’s already expensive and I just felt scared to be there.
