菠羅奈斯荷杜斯坦國際酒店(Hotel Hindusthan International, Varanasi)

Hotel is old building with zero maintenance and some of the staff behavior is also very bad. Coffee machine not working since 3-4 days but no one is responsible. In house phone in room is not working, for every request either come down to reception or call reception number directly. One of the elevator out of total 2 is out so order and no intimation to guest about that, even though they have 100% occupancy in last 2-3 days Below photo is the bowl in service tray for tea bags , coffee and milk sachet. After informing to front ***ager as well it takes 1 full day to clean

Some lacking in services. Otherwise good hotel. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Posto molto curato, carino, la cena abbastanza ricca, ma l’aspetto che ricordiamo con più piacere è stato la gentilezza del personale, che ci ha proprio immerso nell’atmosfera da luna di miele quale era il nostro viaggio, coccolandoci con decorazione sul letto e addirittura con tanto di torta regalata in camera, che davvero non ci aspettavamo, e ci hanno anche stampato dei check-in che ci servivano per il volo successivo. Super gentili, disponibili, in una struttura invidiabile per dimensioni e grandiosità, molto pulita, camera spaziosa, cena e colazione migliorabili ma comunque buone. Non abbiamo avuto modo di sperimentare altri servizi, scopriamo ora che dovrebbe esserci una piscina ma eravamo impegnati a vedere le bellezze di Varanasi.

O hotel é bem tradicional mas antigo. Comida típica da India. Rakesh and ms ***ali sao muito gentis no restaurante. No geral foi boa a experiência! Os quartos sao antigos mas confortáveis. Tem banheira no banheiro

Banquet service very attractive and breakfast and Lunch dinner all food very yummy and delicious and thanks to Mr Rahul to coperate my family and all functions and cook chef ajmat aloo parwal bhujiya was taste and specially thanks to ***ali hole day to attend my family and she is very excellent service and very hard working

Chef Mr Abhishek and ***ali cooked really one of the best breakfast food was really nice room service is good and the arrangements for the sangeet night was awesome. ***ali guided us with the options of breakfast and helped us in mentioning the best of options available.

***ali is very good n politeness behaviour. Service is very good. Always keep it up 👍 and ***oj was Good service chef mr govind great job to hhi food taste was very delicious and staff was coprative and maintenance highjeen and clean and reception staff was also good

Rooms are clean and tidy.Overall interior of the hotel is also very good. Mrs. ***ali and Mr. ***oj are very co-operative and helpful. Food is also of good quality.
