特里德夫酒店(Hotel Tridev)

Had trouble with check in. Reception created a mess but somehow got a room and want byegones to be bygones. The hotel room was okay and breakfast was just very normal. The check in was a lot of mess because the hotel had overbooked rooms and said that i would have to adjust with a non ac room or go to some other hotel. After a lot of shouting and fights i finally get a room where the tap didn't work and hair dryer was not working either. Overall horrible review and would not at all recommend the hotel to anyone. Even if you do please call the restaurant atleast 2 days earlier for everyday so that you do not face this. Hotel staff kept giving excuses for not giving water bottles and left us without any water. Also , do not book from trip.com , horrible customer service they connect you with some random person who is confused enough to even understand what to do . The support calls up i say you should take actions like blacklisting against these hotels , the lady goes in a sarcastic tone , " right , thank you so much for your advice sir." Plus promised to call back in 20 mins. Still awaiting the call. Hope atleast someone takes some action against this whole mess.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte hier. Es liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße mitten im Trubel, nicht allzuweit von den Ghats wenn *** mit Tuktuk oder Rikscha fährt. Unser Zimmer war ohne Fenster, der Safe kaputt, aber Fön vorhanden. Der Fußboden war etwas schmierig und die Dusche rutschig. Kein Mal wurde unser Zimmer gereinigt, wir fragten dann nach Toilettenpapier, Wasser und neuen Handtüchern. Das Restaurant war gut und auch das Frühstück mit leckerem Kaffee. Personal sehr freundlich. Aus diesem Grunde drei Punkte für die Bewertung, nicht für die Zimmer.

Muy buen servicio gente muy amable en general el hotel cumple las espectativas solicitadas calidad precio limpieza de habitaciones es buena, solo hay que mejorar un poco la situación del ruido y en las habitaciones que dan hacia la calle

Hotel is really good , near to all the temples. Kaal bhairav ***dir is just few steps from this hotel and the food of the hotel was very nice . Rooms were clean and staff is very helping. Gautam helped us with his team throughout our stay for a week

Excellent upkeep, maintenance and cleanliness for the old Benaras area. I have struggled to find a neat and clean place in old city close to temple area for a very long time. TRIDEV surprised me completely. Excellent cleanliness, very courteous staff and excellent location. Walking distance from kaal bhairav and maha Mrityunjaya temple They do have large group bookings so plan stay in advance. And ofcourse if you choose to stay in old banaras for convenience of darshan traffic congestion and noise outside is unavoidable. Definitely will remain my choice of stay in Kashi if it is maintained at the same level in year to come too.

excellent stay, great location, super food, ample parking space also available too. the kal bhairav ***dir is also nearby. the ghats too are not far off. the property is conveniently connected by tots, autos and rikshaws. the restaurant on the first floor served sumptuous veg food.

Very good service,good food, staffs are very polite and courteous. We would recommend to our friends. House keeping very good. Front office team very good. F & B Department very good. Kaal Bhairav Temple and Kashi Vishwanath temple very nearby to this hotel. It's was very memorable stay here at Hotel Tridev, Varanasi

I will highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to see the real Varanasi. Each and every major tourist attraction is walkable. And taking about the staff, the hotel staff is professional and showed exceptional hospitality. Overall, my experience at this hotel is beyond my expectations..
