5*s! As always, we wish to leave a glowing review for our stay at Novotel Dona Sylvia. We returned here after getting married at this very venue 5 years ago - we wished to come back to reminisce and unwind and it was the most perfect stay of our trip to India. Gita and the rest of the Novotel Staff (Anant, Anjali, Gavin to name just a few) were attentive, super lovely and made us feel as though we had returned home, which was furthered when we also met the General ***ager on our last day. The team pulled out every stop and made us feel extremely welcome and at ease, especially when we landed at midnight - they did everything they could to accommodate us with checkin and a snack before sleeping. The pool, breakfast buffet food service and grounds were excellent - we cannot thank the Novotel Team enough for all their thoughtful details to celebrate our anniversary (including a cake and a personalised, heartfelt card). We thoroughly enjoyed walking through the hotel, the serenity pool and the easy access to the beach - for sure we will be back in the coming years. The team pulled out all the stops for the most memorable and unforgettable stay, we cannot thank you enough - the charm of Dona Sylvia has indeed lived on and will be with us for our whole lifetime. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with just a few minor issues. Upon arrival, I discovered that my initially assigned room did not have a proper sea view as expected. However, the staff handled the room change process smoothly, ensuring I could move to a room with the desired view without any hassle. One slight disappointment was that despite being a Neupass member, I could not access the high-speed WiFi. While this was a bit inconvenient, the standard plan speed was adequate and fast enough for my needs, so it did not significantly impact my stay. The resort's buffet offered a good spread with a wide variety of dishes. However, some dishes were a little bland for my taste. This can be a matter of personal preference, and the excellent choice of food options still ensured that there was something for everyone. Despite these minor drawbacks, my four-night stay was enjoyable, and the positive aspects of the experience far outweighed the minor issues encountered. I want to thank the housekeeping team for the delightful surprise they arranged on our anniversary. The cake, balloons, and music made our celebration memorable and added a heartwarming touch to our stay.

It was a most wonderful and refreshing experience right from the welcome by the front office staff to the checkout experience. the rooms were very clean and spacious and the housekeeping staff was very responsive and prompt and did a wonderful job of keeping everything clean. A special call out to the restaurant staff who were very helpful and always made sure that everything was taken care of in time and the Front office staff who made us feel welcomed and at home in the resort. The property has a very nice private beach access and the swimming pool and other kid activities are more than adequate to keep children occupied. I would also like to mention the spa for a wonderful experience my wife had there. Overall an exceptional experience and need to mention they have a fantastic breakfast spread with everything on the menu absolutely top notch.

The lobby is the best lobby I have ever seen in goa.the room are very comfortable to stay .the food is delicious.special thanks to Jonathan in pool bar who took very good of me while I was staying.his flaring skills are mind blowing.do visit him when u stay in radisson blu goa

My stay at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon in Goa was an exceptional experience that far exceeded my expectations. The room I was allocated was not only comfortable but also boasted a very spacious bathroom, enhancing the overall comfort and luxury of my stay. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with the swimming pool being a particular highlight due to its inviting atmosphere and pristine condition. The culinary experience at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was equally impressive. The wide range of breakfast options available each morning was a delightful way to start the day, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. The quality of food served in the restaurant was excellent, with each dish reflecting the high culinary standards of the hotel. One of the most serene and enjoyable aspects of my stay was the calm private beach accessible to hotel guests. It offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing for moments of tranquility and relaxation amidst the natural beauty of Goa. .
