J ai bénéficier de l annexe du black beach Lalavika.moisissure, odeur insupportable, pas d eau chaude,à 1h du matin j ai du appeler pour faire changer draps et oreillets qui étaient tachés. La prise d électrique au niveau du lit ne fonctionnais pas ils l ont réparer dans la nuit.j ai du réclamer le changement de serviette de toilette ect...beaucoup d hôtels on de grand noms ils ont l air mais pas la chanson.

Position is great, staff is nice, however most of the rooms are not properly maintained nor properly cleaned. Bed sheets and towels had stains, pillows were old and stained. It's a place that needs a proper maintenance.

If you are staying in an expensive and big room then this is a good option but if you aren't staying in big villa or suite then this is a very bad option. Food is pathetic. It's only the location which it is

Rooms provided were good.But service was a great problem.My parents asked them several times for hot water. By they didn’t provide it at all.Rather they replied arrogantly. I mean where is hospitality

Near the Beach: The rooms are near the cliff. Room Service: They are unhelpful. Upon arrival, they request full payment before showing you the rooms, anticipating potential disappointment. Once payment is made, their responsibility ends. Room Condition: I saw different photos of hotels and got different rooms. I feel that I got fooled. Parking: No dedicated parking is available. I parked on the road. General ***ager: He is very rude. On the call, he told us he would serve food, but upon arrival, he denied it. Room Size: Don't book standard AC rooms; they are very small, and you won't have any view. Overall Review: You will get plenty of options with this price. If you book this, keep your expectations low.

Good location to the beach, but the room was located on top of the kitchen, which meant that is smelled really bad in the rooms. Also the room was not clean and there was no hot water And in the night there where dogs that keeps on barking and howling for several hours, so it was nearly impossible to sleep And terrible food

We recently visited this resort with a family of 4 adults and 1 child and stayed here for 1 night. This place can hardly be called a resort. Please avoid at all costs. There are better properties in varkala. The restaurant is unhygienic with crows flying all around picking up food. Right next to the hand wash is the dust bin. The staff at the restaurant don't understand what is asked for. I requested Dal kichdi for my 3 year baby and was instead given dal fry. We were given a so called family suite, but they are nothing more than wooden boxes. The entry to the suite is through a set of steps next to the kitchen and stench is awful. On checking in cold drink bottles from previous guests were still not cleaned. The door and handles are rusting. The pillow covers are torn. On the second day, we found that there was no hot water in both rooms in the suite. On complaining, we were given an immersion coil to heat water.

We stayed in room no 204. The resort is badly in need of renovation and upkeep. The rooms and furniture are old with broken cane chairs in the balcony. When we checked in the rooms had just been mopped. There was a lot of moisture in the room. Agreed, it's a coastal area that has a lot of humidity but there is no effort made to help reduce this moisture in the rooms. There was bad seepage in the room. While the bathroom floor was clean, the walls had mold which can be harmful. The property is old and congested with too ***y rooms and cottages built in the a small area. The service was not up to the mark which is also reflected in the upkeep of the property. The rates are high but is not justified by the service and quality.

Excellent location. You want to enjoy both cliff and beach this is good resort. What we did not like? The buffet breakfast what we paid for was average. Very limited. We got Puri , Set Dosa and bread only. The room and bathroom definitely needs renovation. Cupboards are pretty old. Little bit renovation will improve the quality of stay. Staff is courteous
