Nigh**are. I had booked a room for 9th-12March, 3 weeks prior to my date of arrival. I was given a call on 2nd March which I missed and I returned the call 6 times on 2nd and 3rd March -all either unanswered or cut after I said hello. I also left messages asking them about the reason for contacting me. I called again on 4th March only for Satta to say that they were checking the status of my reservation and that it was not confirmed. They had no explanation and stopped answering my calls and sent me an email of cancellation or payment. The only option to pay was by calling the property, and because they'd stopped answering, it was basically an arbitrary cancellation. Three days before I was to reach the property. And I found out only because I called multiple times.
