Big facilities, but poor service. Food was ok. Not enough space at the pool place. Nice and polite stuff. Seems like management needs improvement.

A good hotel which was close to a couple of supermarkets, nearby restaurants and easy walk to bus stops.

A little outdated interiors but very nice staff and great location in the area. Had a wonderful stay.

We had to spend whole 2 days in this house of terrors. I am not even sure, how to express my disgust and disappoin**ent. The hygiene in the rooms and especially in the bathrooms was terrible. One of the towels we had was dirty with some brown spot on it. The food was more than awful. Most of it was spoiled, and the rest of it was very bad cooked. There is a horrific smell in the whole hotel, which makes the experience even worst. The inside pool was dirty, and the water was some kind of muddy and stinks. Very disappointing! Don't ever try this horrible hotel! It does not deserves the 4 stars at all. I have never been in such a bad hotel before.

No staff available to help with the luggage on arrival at the hotel and we were left struggling to find our own way to where the room was located. The swimming pool wasn't very clean and the sunbeds did not have mattresses so were very uncomfortable. Pool towels were not available either. The food was palatable but not hot and food was plated up by members of staff. Also there was no air conditioning or wifi as advertised. WiFi only in the main reception area and the room was too hot for comfort. The most disappointing part of my stay at Estreya Palace was finding that someone had let themselves into my room as I went to breakfast on the last day of my holiday, and stolen several items including my jewellery. Be careful what you leave out and make sure that any valuables are kept locked away or in a safe.

We did the mistake of not reading the reviews before booking to this hotel - to our defense, we were in a hurry so we trusted the 4 stars it claims it has. When we arrived, we were greeted by an unfriendly receptionist. We were given a room on the 3rd floor that could only be accessed by going to the first floor then crossing a hallway to the next building and then we had to use another elevator to the 3rd floor. Luckily, our luggages weren't that heavy. We sensed a nasty smell when entering the room, plus the ventilator in the bathroom was noisy. Also, the walls were damaged and the matress was dirty. We requested another room and it was better. Then, we went to the restaurant to try the food after a long road. The meat looked overcooked and very salty, but we ate it nonetheless, driven by hunger. Unfortunately, I got food poisoned and it ruined my first and second day. We decided to eat outside the hotel, even though we had meals included. Given my situation, we looked for reviews or every restaurant nearby and discovered there were a lot of problems. Didn't want to risk, so we went to a grocery store instead. With little options available, we tried some other foods that had no meat. However, this is a problem at dinner since most meals had meat included (you can't choose what you eat, all foods are prepared by staff and served in plates that are put on a rotative table). We realised we could only eat some fries but even those were overcooked, as seen below. Going back to the location itself, all pictures show how the hotel looked like before. Now, everything is dirty or broken. There were other things to note but can't think of them now. Long story short, I would not recommend this place and will never book a room without reading the reviews first

1. Air conditioning in rooms and common spaces very week. 2. Food quality is very low and served on lines as in schools or in old age homes. 3. Serving staff have difficulties understanding and speaking e.g. English. Recruited from the Ukraine. 4. Furniture in rooms old and squeaky.

Very nice hotel, clean and welcoming, pleasant a**osphere and staff. Buffet lunch has a wide selection, in the nice and airy dining room. Would definitely recommend to stay. Try the spa or just a day.
