埃格利耶爾旅館(L'Auberge d'Eygliers)

C'est un petit hôtel familial, très proche de la gare SNCF de Mont Dauphin, ouvert les vendredis et samedis, ce qui n'est pas le cas de son principal concurrent devant la gare. Très propre, calme, des chambres tout à fait correctes pour un tarif raisonnable. Le petit déjeuner à base de produits locaux est tout à fait délicieux. Le repas du soir est très bon marché (22 €), toujours avec des produits frais bien cuisinés. Evidemment pour ce tarif, n'en demandons pas trop. Très bonne sélection de bières pressions locales, excellentes et pas chères. J'y ai passé deux nuits, et si l'occasion se présente j'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Pour nous, service rapide, d'autres ont eu moins de chance et sont répartis après 20 minutes d'attente sans aucune prise de commande. La pièce du boucher et entrée au fromage de chèvre excellents, le plat du jour original = pates chinoises, concombres, courgettes, tomates, fromage graines de tournesol.

C'était la réouverture après quelques travaux le 9 mai. Repas du soir unique à ce moment là, on s'attendait à choisir sur carte, personne nous l'a dit à la réservation. Menu entrée plat digne d'une cantine d'école primaire, gratin de coquillettes emmental et carottes râpées ,une part de gâteau chocolat à 20€ Mdr. On attend autre chose d'un véritable bistrot de pays, de la cuisine avec des produits du coin. Avec la fromagerie juste à côté, une bonne tartiflette au fromage local aurait été plus judicieux. N'est pas restaurateur qui veut.... Je vous recommande plutôt la Bolée ou Le Regain sur Guillestre, le sourire en sortant et le bidou rassasié.

Hotel trés bien pour y passer une nuit. La chambre est petite mais confortable,coté parking donc trés calme.Il faut souligner la gentillesse du personnel. Le petit déjeuner est top.

Hotels app messed up my booking as we wanted a twin and got a double , good job we’re close friends. it wasn’t the owners fault and she was lovely , very friendly , made us a lovely meal and smiled a lot while being busy , we we’re just passing but a great find , we’ll be back

I feel very bad for the owners who said they couldn’t staff the hotel all the time. I waited outside the door until another guest exited and then I managed to get inside. There was a envelope waiting for me with my name on it, the room key inside and a note explaining they can’t find the staff & hope I had a lovely stay It was a odd check in but the room was clean and well prepared and the hotel had recently been cleaned (and the cleaner was in the morning too) so they have the essentials sorted I was disappointed nobody was available to serve breakfast (or any breakfast choice available) and I never met a staff member during my stay. The local shops are great & parking was easy. They do answer the phone anytime & their English was helpful enough Overal it was OK, but if you have no initiative and were expecting the normal hotel service you may be shocked to have to gain access from another guest, check yourself in & find your own breakfast in the mornings. Had the other guest not opened the door I would have easily been able to call and get the access code
