My stay at Casa Cook Samos was truly remarkable. I had the pleasure of staying in a beautifully designed and impeccably clean double room with a beach view that felt like a home away from home. The real highlight was waking up to the breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea. The exceptional service provided by the customer relations manager Maria, the Beach House staff, and driver Dimitri made the entire experience even more enjoyable. See you soon Casa Cook fam!

Elimde olmayan sebeplerle konaklama yapamadık. Müşteri odaklı olmayan bir otel. Maillerime hiçbir dönüş yapmadılar. Magduriyetimizi gidermek amaçlı hiçbir çabaları olmadı

It was a lovely hotel with very kind and friendly staff. The bay that the hotel is located was amazing. The sea was crystal clear and still warm enough to swim during October. One thing to keep in mind that if you take the bus to Pythagorio, you will have to walk for 5-10 mins to the facilities of the hotel. Great breakfast buffet in the mornings. Amazing trip all around. Definitely recommended.

Meine Frau und ich wollten einfach eine Woche weg um in Ruhe die Beine lang zu machen. Da kam uns das Angebot von Casa Cook Samos in die Hände und wir buchten dort eine Woche - adults only - OF - eine Swim up suite. Die Anlage ist neu also wirklich sehr schön, auch wenn es der Architekt mit dem Stylischen ein wenig übertrieben hat. Ein wenig mehr cosy wäre schon drinnen gewesen und die hohe Stufe direkt vorm Bett ist auch so eine Sache. Aber der Einfachheit also pro/cons Pro: - Sehr schöne, saubere Anlage - Extrem hilfsbereites und aufmerksames Team - Schönes Restaurant und 2 Bars - Guter Schlafkomfort(Matratzen top) auch auf den Liegebetten vor der Villa und am Strand - Liegebetten und Schirme am Strand ausreichend vorhanden - Keine Handtuchreservierungsaktionen - Bedienung an den Liegebetten - Durchdachte Taxiplanung - keine 10 Minuten zum Flughafen- trotz Befürchtung ist Fluglärm keine wirkliche Belastung. - Adults only - Feine Wellnessanlage Cons: - Beim Frühstück ist alles auf Kaffee ausgerichtet. Tee gibt es nur wenige Kannen wo man über eine Nespressomaschine kochendes Wasser bekommt. Ausschließlich loser Tee- Kannen waren meistens aus und ohne Teebeutel gab es keinen Tee, obwohl genügen Tassen verfügbar waren-Mein Vorschlag recycelbare Teebeutel dann spart man sich die Kannen wo ohnehin nicht einmal eine Tasse reinpasst. - Von wegen Ruhe- Am Strand ab Vormittag ein DJ am Werk und alle paar Meter ein Box. Auf der eigenen Wasserterrasse ist man von den anderen abhängig weil sehr leichthörig. Wir hatten ganz wichtige gegenüber Nachbarn die jeden Tag mit Laptop und Handy "gearbeitet" haben . Auch am Schwimmreifen im Wasser und dabei laut mit Lautsprecher telefoniert haben. Solange es da keine Regelung gibt... - Für die Anlage ist es eigentlich beschämend dass es nur eine Toilettanlage gibt und diese relativ weit vom Strand über die Strasse erreichbar ist. Zwei Duschen wären ja noch ausreichend aber es gibt auch keine Garderoben oder Umziehmöglichkeit. Das ist echt schlecht. - Leih E- bikes kosten Euro25 pro Tag- also pro Person. Taxi bis in den Ort Euro 8,-. - Die Preisgestaltung verstehe ich auch nicht. Preise in der Anlage sind sehr hoch. Steak zb 36 Euro ohne Beilagen die kosten extra. Kartoffel 10 Euro Die Qualität passt aber für meinen Geschmack gibt es auch zu wenig griechisches und bei der Weinauswahl hat man auch daneben gegriffen zb Weisswein ab ca 35 Euro - gibt es 2-3 Weine dann ab 50 Euro . As verleitet einfach sich anderswo umzusehen. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen: Das Team macht einen sehr guten Job, die Anlage ist sehr ok, aber ob man sich mit den Preisen einen Gefallen macht ?

We arrived an hour before check in to a hotel that was less than half full but made to wait then kept us waiting another 2 and a half hours before checking us in very unhappy asked to see management who was obviously under the impression that if we were offered a dinner on them all would be well!the hotel is situated between the sea and the end of the airport runway with a road dividing the hotel into two looks gorgeous as all Casa Cooks do but in this instance it’s Style over substance!couldn’t recommend it at all 2 out of 10😖

Alloggiando nelle vicinanze ci siamo recarti presso il bar di questo complesso da "esterni". Pure essendo fronte mare ed in una zona splendida siamo resistiti appena il tempo della consumazione. Siamo stati assordati da una pessima musica da discoteca di infimo livello pagando un prezzo spoporzionato alla qualità. Evitate gente, Evitate

La spiaggia è dotato di tutti i confort, la stanza comodo con ottimi prodotti.unico neo : sul buffet della colazione svolazzavano felici le mosche .Nessun tipo di protezione degli alimenti.Sala wellness perfetta

Stylish hotel with a well known boheme style But very unfriendly staff, specially the reception was horrible…we travel a lot and i have never seen such a rude person. They never greet us when we passed they were always rude when we asked for anything and could not even offer a late checkout even though the hotel was not full at all…the receptionist (red hair) was by dar the rudest person i have ever met in our travel through greece…. I would not recomend this hotel only because its staff They always wanted to give us the tetra pack water which was more expensive than the glas one. The hotel does not offer any transport and will charge you the double price if you ask for any transfer. There is no shuttle to the town or any further transport option. Without a rented car you are lost.

Wirklich tolles Hotel… die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist nicht zu übertreffen.
