Homewood Suites by Hilton Toronto Vaughan

La chambre était superbe, grande, grand lit, petite cuisine complète avec un grand réfrigérateur, grand lit confortable, douche/toilette séparé du lavabo pour 2 personnes. Il manque de recyclage dans la chambre, sinon le reste était bien. La piscine était fermée pour rénovation durant mon séjour. Quelques dans le déjeuner continental qui est fourni avec la chambre. Stationnement gratuit, mais aucune borne de recharge. Recommandé!

Not much to say other than a great experience. One issue was a dingy lighting in the bathroom but the facility and room were clean and kept up well. Just make sure your room is non-smoking, apparently this is one of two remaining hotels with smoking options, so just be mindful. The front desk was super helpful in re arranging our room because ******* had booked us smoking without advertising, to our knowledge.

Our room was extremely dated and curtains were torn and valance was falling off the rod. Furniture was very worn out and disappointed with the pillows and bedding, not anything like we had before. The heating system kept blowing cold air. We normally stay at the Homewood Suites and very surprised to have had a room that was in this condition. Front desk staff were great as usual.

Nice hotel and rooms. Pool and hot tub were great. Didn’t like how you need to be a member to get free wifi, drinks were expensive to buy here. Not a lot of coffee in the room. Got burnt from the coffee machine, so watch out when using it

There is currently construction taking place around the property. The rooms are not soundproof...and slamming doors during the night in deafening

The room was spacious and the kids loved the pool. The hotel itself is outdated and dirty. The breakfast had lots of items but only partially appetizing.

Everything was perfect. No complaints. Bed in our room was not the best for extra curricular activities was a little loud but nothing to complain about

We’re driving up.. call comes from the property.. “there was an issue with your room you booked” immediately I was terrified we were traveling for a dance competition so assumed it would be an over booking on the property. As the staff member continues he said do not worry we have upgraded you at no cost to ensure everyone has a place to stay. The kids loved the upgrade! And we loved how helpful, attentive and on the ball staff was. Normally hotels would advise us of an issue as we’re trying to check in. Homewood Suites called 3 hrs before we were scheduled to arrive saving us the panic at checkin. We will be back next time we compete in Vaughan. Thank you again
