老果阿公寓(Old Goa Residency)

Clean rooms and bathroom is the only good part. Only one advice you guys allow to party and drink in your lawn area just imagine how it would feel it their was couple or a girl staying in one of the room and guys and shouting screaming drinking whole night till morning 5am. It was really disturbing as all rooms are facing lawn. Property is not safe for girls or even group of girls as the outer road to reach property is too dark post evening their are people who come on bike park them and start drinking in the corner of the road. Unfortunately the caretaker himself calls his friends and party behind the property making noise.

Rooms are not clean, no cleaning service and not customer friendly. There were cockroaches in the room.

When we checked in the rooms shown were dirty and smelled awful. We checked out immediately even though we knew there was no refund available. The photos of the place are misleading.

Each & everything which i really experienced that was excellent eg. Sevices(room & food) & their staff's communication. Totally it's too good.

Very convenient location. Basic facilities like clean washrooms, hot water, ac, clean bedding & towels etc available. Central location.

Room was very dirty, dirt on floor, table and chair surfaces, bed, toilet dirty, cobwebs in entire room, and dirt above fan. Hair on the floor. Attached are photos.

The rooms need an basic upkeep of painting and pest control. The bathroom is slippery as the water collects and is dangerous

My stay was for 3 days from 7th december23. Money was paid in advance at the time of booking, three months back through make my trip. They allotted a room which had no water coming in the taps. Then after wasting a lot of time they could not solve the water problem, they allotted another room. This particular room the tv. Was not working, no mirror in the bathroom. I being a senior citizen it was a trauma. Please take up this matter and pay for the compensation.

Actually i had booked 3 rooms for 7 people but when i check in i was surprise that i was given only 2 rooms and told us to adjust in 2 rooms
