Property is in a residential area, next to a railroad track. Don't be deceived by the environment. The rooms are immaculate, the staff and service cannot be beat, and the restaurant has an excellent menu. There is also a free shuttle to the airport every half hour. There is a kid's play area in the restaurant, so it might be off-putting for those who don't want to hear children, but I enjoyed it.

Everything was fine, the staff was friendly. We could leave our car in their parking for a fraction of the price on the airport parking. The transfer both ways was free and flawless. Unfortunately we did not have time to make use of the restaurant which seamed good.

No elevator. Even though 1/2 of the rooms (our included) were up 3 flights of stairs!!! If you are travelling with anything more than a back pack, stay away! ******* SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE THIS!!

Отличный отель, комнаты со всеми удобствами, чистенькие и аккуратные в английском стиле, ресторан. Готовка вкуснейшая и не дорого. Очень вежливое обслуживание. Трансфер с аэропорта и в аэропорт и в любое место без проблем. Рекомендую для остановки и с семьёй.

Due to flight delays and consequent missed connections we ended up flying to Zagreb late and on short notice. The London Rooms staff nonetheless picked us up from the airport, checked us in promptly, and for a nominal cost provided an abundant breakfast the next morning.

Overall, the stay was adequate. The hotel is in an okay location but not very close to places to eat, bars, etc. Really close to the train station and a quick 15 minute ride to Zagreb. They do have a nice restaurant with good food in the hotel. The restaurant waitress was excellent, friendly, and efficient. The rooms are okay, but a bit old, worn and could use a renovation. Out of the 3 hotels I stayed while in Croatia, this hotel was the least comfortable. Note that you have stairs to get into the rooms, so make sure you can carry your luggage up steps. The worst part was the airport shuttle. They never arrived. It was early morning, I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled pickup, and then decided to take an Uber instead. The shuttle is not a reliable service.

We were only there for 12 hours but from check in to the shuttle to the airport everything was amazing. The staff was all so helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay again

Very convenient as we were catching an early flight. Rooms super clean and new, free shuttle to the airport. Would recommend to all.
