Sante Spa Hotel

Très bel hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et à l’écoute du client , la nourriture sous forme de buffet est de très bonne qualité et le spa est top : salle de sel, sauna , piscines à jet extérieur et intérieur . Les chambres sont grandes et la literie est très confortable . Super rapport qualité prix. Nous reviendrons sans problème .

Già la prenotazione telefonica è stata una piacevole sorpresa, gentilezza e disponibilità erano evidenti. Reception desk disponibile ed educato ambiente pulito e vivibile. Prima nota negativa, che non vuole apparire una critica ma la possibilità di migliorare, tutte le sere nel corridoio c'erano bambini che correvano certamente sono bambini ma i genitori avrebbero dovuto essere richiamati dalla Reception per un quieto vivere come un Hotel 5 stelle vorrebbe. Stessa situazione in sala da pranzo anche lì il personale avrebbe dovuto gestire meglio i bambini. Ma certamente è solo un peccato veniale. Le vasche, simpatiche, i posti massaggio jet mancavano di ancoraggi che ritengo necessari, maniglia inox per ogni posto e si evitano spiacevoli incidenti. Parcheggio insufficienti e gestito male. Ad alzare il livello dell'Hotel un VERO CHEF al quale vanno certamente i miei migliori complimenti e che mi fa dire Torneremo non è una minaccia ma una promessa grazie a Lei Chef di vero cuore. Bene bravi siete sulla buona strada

We have just returned and feel this hotel and area should be recommended as everything was just right, Hotel, SPA area, buffet restaurant, staff, rooms. SPA was excellent with lots of clean towels, loads of loungers so we weren’t having to fight for them as in other places, steam room was spot on temperature as the sauna and heat room, salt room was peaceful. Dining we only had the buffet dinner and breakfast both plenty of choice and something to suit most people. Rooms very comfortable and large and clean( as was the rest of the hotel). Bulgarias second language isn’t English so if you don’t speak their language the waitresses might need to get a college, but this isn’t full of Brits which made the experience so much nicer

Very interesting Hotel, one minute service is excellent the next not so good 🤔 Plus points first : Room Excellent & View, Food amazing choice & good quality with excellent service, Plenty of activities for the children. Not so good points: Weekend's very overcrowded by the pool & the hotel in general, reception desk is not this hotel's strongest point - Mistakes with the bill for drinks that we had already paid for but charged again. Two coffees at the pool bar 12 Lev is a bit pricey considering they are basically espresso with a bit of milk. In my view this is not a 5 Star hotel maybe a good 3-4 depending when you visit. Stay here again probably not there are very many good hotels in Velingrad.

The location of this hotel is a bit excentric, and there is not a lot to do in the immediate vicinity. But it is still possible to reach the town centre by foot with a 20 minutes walk. We had a family room for 4. It was big, modern and great. We enjoyed the several saunas very much, combined with the possibility to cool off with cold water, and relaxing in a quiet lounge, although the repeated music would annoy after the third time. The water, not sure if it was indeed mineral water, had a strong chlorine scent, so I'm not sure how good it is eg for people with eczema. The food was excellent. There was a wide variety at the buffet table, and we could order from a good collection of wines separately. The gym is a joke. The machines are poor, and there is no space if other guests join as well. There is also a lack of capacity for the elevators, so we spent a lot of time waiting for them, or took the stairs instead. We ordered two rooms at first, but cancelled one immediately. We asked immediately for a partial refund, but the response was that we would get a refund after our stay, when other expenses were subtracted. We left the hotel with no specification of our expenses, despite us asking, as we were promised that it would be e-mailed to us right away. It took months of us, and endless e-mailing and calling, to finally get our money back, and we still have doubts about the amount. We still did not get a specification, so there is no way for us to check. Our advice is not to pay in advance. You may have better protection when booking through a third party website, and certainly not the full amount or more.

Exceptional hotel! Very polite and friendly staff! The restaurant offers a very varied meal for every taste, which is good prepared and delicious. There are enough places during the busiest days and hours and there is no need to wait, as in other hotels. The hotel offers various physiotherapy procedures at good prices. I highly recommend it!

This place greatly exceeds our expectations, we are enjoying everything - people are super nice and do everything to make you comfortable. Food are first class, you can find only in super expensive luxury hotels. Spa absolutely amazing, very clean and so much to offer, impossible to list everything. Massage therapist Благовест Димов did a great job, my wife love his Хаммам and I enjoyed deep body massage, he is very professional, respectful, very considerate , skilled and he is first class therapist. We will definitely recommend and repeat it again. We will return here and bring our friends and family. And we are very happy that we twice extended our stay here. Thank you everyone in Sante Spa Hotel- 5 stars!
