Excelente ubicación, a pasos de plaza San Marcos, elegancia, limpieza, buena combinación de lo clásico con las comodidades modernas. La atención de lujo, María Elisabetta muy amable. Nos alojamos en la suite San Valentín, no pudimos aprovechar la terraza por el frío, pero en verano eso debe ser increíble. La vista al canal muy bella.

Beautiful suite with all amenities- comfortable bed! Host is amazing and willing to help with any needs. Location is perfect - close to everything - can't beat it. The view from the rooftop terrace is delightful. We hope to return!

Très bel appartement avec vue sur un petit canal. Très propre. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour et y reviendrions avec plaisir.

Our family of 3 stayed in the Valentine Suite and could not have been happier. I booked the room specifically for that balcony over the canal, and we enjoyed it each morning and evening, with gondoliers drifting just below us, which makes for fantastic bird's eye photos. The rooms were spacious, and my 19-year-old daughter was thrilled to have her own room. The air conditioning did the trick and was much needed as we were in Venice for a July heat wave. We were happy that Maria provided some basic breakfast items (coffee, cereal, yogurt, cookies) included in our stay, and she was gracious throughout, reaching out to make sure we knew how to find the place and access our unit. She was always available for questions, and made us multiple dinner reservations, including my favorite meal of the trip at Nevodi, where the grilled octopus was spectacular. Bottom line, with a location just minutes from both St Mark's and the vaporetto dock, a host you will love, a great price for the location, and your own balcony to soak in the best of Venice, this place is a no-brainer - best stay of our 16-day trip through Italy.

Residenza de l'Osmarin was a discovery in the heart of Venice! We stayed there during our honeymoon. Fantastic view to channel with gondolas. All a**osphere gave the feeling that we are living 200 years ago. The hostess is very hospitable and lovely. The room was not big, but very very nice, clean and stylish. Thanks Maria Elisabetta and Luna for warm welcome and to my husband for choosing this place!

Appartement plein de charme, situé au cœur de Venise, très proche de la place St-Marc. Personnel avenant et disponible. Excellent séjour.

Fantastic view , home and terraces. Fantastic and beautiful host and terrific service we had the artist room the view of the canal was super great , life passing by , gondolas and a beautify canal . We will be back ti beautiful and charming Maria Elisabetta

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte alla Residenza dell'Osmarin durante il ponte di Pasqua e complessivamente siamo stati soddisfatti. Le camere non sono troppo spaziose, ma comunque sono adatte ad accogliervi comodamente. Il prezzo è altamente concorrenziale a Venezia. A due passi da San Marco, personalmente preferisco altre zone dove alloggiare a Venezia, ma comunque la posizione è centralissima. Lo consiglio per brevi soggiorni.

Meraviglioso appartamento situato a castello ma a due passi da tutto- soprattutto i mezzi ditrasporto - la pulizia ineccepibile- Maria Elisabetta è stata davvero disponibile e gentile- siamo rimasti sorpresi di cotanta disponibilità- la nostra camera non era gra dissima ma non mancava nulla ! La vista favolosa - la colazione questo anno non è servita a causa della pandemia ma per noi non è stato alcun problema e ci torneremo !!
