The toilet is mouldy. The location is considered relatively inconvenient if one has heavy luggage given the bridges and stairs.

Great hotel at just 150 meters from San Marco Square. Great and friendly staff at reception. The location is very close to all the attraction but in a very quiet street. Very nice of the hotel to offer a discount on purchase in their Patisserie, next door (probably the most famous in Venice). Great room in modern style and very well decorated. Will definitely come back next time!

excellent hotel : emplacement parfait à 300m de San Maerco et du Rialto, service minimum mais suffisant: accueuil 24/24..aimable et serviable. petit dejeuner a la patisserie maison au rdc.. delicieux. chambre pas tres grande mais parfaitement décorée equipée et moderne. salle d'eau parfaite.

サンマルコ広場の近くにあり観光に、とてもいい場所にありました。部屋も清潔で、落ち着いたインテリアでよかったです。 スタッフの人も感じよく、隣接する1Fのカフェ＆ショップも種類豊富でたくさんの人でにぎわっていました。また行く機会があれば利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

ロケーションは非常に良く観光地へのアクセスは素晴らしい。残念だったのは部屋から排水管の匂いがしたことと朝食のサービスがなかったこと。安い宿ではないので残念だった。

My family of 4 had the best experience at Rosa Salva Hotel. We booked the Family Room and it was very spacious. Our double bed and the double sofa bed for my teenage boys were both very comfortable. The sofa bed was all set up before our arrival which was very thoughtful of the hotel. The hotel and the room were recently renovated and impeccably clean. The room and bathroom were bright and with a relatively large walk-in shower. The room had a small fridge which the hotel re-stocked with juices, yogurts, and water every day. There are windows that you can open to overlook the pediatrician walkway below. There is a Cafe that is part of the hotel that had sandwiches and desserts. Cafe is always busy with many locals. The location is perfect, 5 min walk from St Mark's Square and 7 min walk from Rialto Bridge. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing!! everything from the friendly staff to the room was perfect. the pictures do not compare to how it is in person. Everything was very clean and bed was so comfy.

On arrival made to feel very welcome. Bags taken to our room by a very well mannered porter. Room was exceptional. The hotel even organised our journey back to the airport via a private water taxi then onto a private car taxi for a very reasonable cost of 140 Euros
