温德拉明之家薩戈酒店(Ca' Vendramin Zago)

It was a great stay in this hotel overall. The staff was friendly and helpful in fixing the problem and providing information. The breakfast included was good. The room is spacious, and the decoration of the hotel is beautiful. The location is around 15~20 minutes walk to the station, and there are many stores around so it was good.

All the stuff are nice expect no lift, but is fine. Strongly recommend.

Este hotel fue la joya de nuestro viaje, con una excelente ubicación muy tranquila y segura, recibimos un upgrade a una suite y el personal de recepción fué excelente, se esmeraron tanto en la atención, Shawn y Alessandro, gracias por todo! Disfrutamos tanto nuestra estancia, con desayunos deliciosos, atención 24 horas, una propiedad hermosa, realmente hermosa. Definitivamente si volvemos a Venecia, volveremos a Ca'Vendramin Zago. Gracias!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel per 1 notte, siamo stati ben accolti, personale professionale e disponibile. Colazione inclusa ben organizzata e completa. Pulizia ottima. La stanza tutto ok letto comodo e ci sono tutti i confort, l'unica pecca sono i muri sottili si sentono un po' di rumori.. nel complesso ci tornerei ma prenderei una stanza migliore.

The warmest welcome from Alessandro on arrival who walked us to our room and made dinner reservations at a local restaurant (definitely trust his choices!) . He also gave us local information and tips which enriched our visit. The room (a junior suite) was large and very comfortable, in a traditional style. Could be updated a little as the furniture looks tired. It was clean and the toiletries provided (in eco friendly refillable packaging which i like) were very nice. Clean fluffy towels. Breakfast was great. Apologies for forgetting the name of the wonderful woman who prepared it. The eggs were the best I've had at any hotel! Plenty of choice and a lovely dining room to enjoy it in. I was presented with a little tiramisu with a candle on the morning of my birthday. A very thoughtful touch and much appreciated. The location was perfect for us. Away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to everything you could wish for. Ask Alessandro for local places to eat,drink and shop. You won't be disappointed! We will definitely return to this hotel for the excellent and genuinely dedicated staff. They made our trip extre special.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The location was perfect, on a small canal in Cannaregio, very close the Strada Nova and walkable to all the sites. Our room was amazing! It was a former chapel and the ceiling was gorgeous! The hotel staff were absolutely the best! A huge shout out to Beneditta at the front desk and Silvia, who prepared breakfast and our coffees each day! They couldn't have been more helpful! Thank you Silvia for your list of favorite cecchetti bars! I will recommend this hotel to any friend who visits Venice!

Very nice property…clean rooms and spacious. Convenient to San Marco and Water bus station. The staff was amazing and very helpful! They speak great English which helps because my Italian is not very good

Cute, clean, boutique hotel with great breakfast. Staff was amazing, all very helpful and friendly. Everything we needed or asked for was provided to us without hesitation. Great location. Only down side is current construction in front of the hotel. Workers start early and can be loud, but we were up early to take advantage of the shorter days due to sunset time.

Bel palazzo storico in ottima posizione comodo per la stazione ma defilato e silenzioso.le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli e il personale molto cordiale in particolare il sig.Francesco ,una persona aquisita che si è prodigato in consigli e aiuti
