Perfecto en todo, desde la info para llegar hasta el apartamento. Baño privado fuera cerrado con llave que tienes en tu llavero del apartamento. A 5 min de la estación central. Limpio, cómodo, céntrico. Para repetir. Sin duda de nuestras 3 veces en venecia el mejor alojamiento sin duda. No le vemos nada negativo

El apartamento está muy céntrico. Aunque el hall está viejo y descuidado, el piso está renovado y limpio. La cocina correctamente equipada. Los colchones y las almohadas muy cómodas. Entre las amenities faltaba champú pero había una gran cantidad de toallas, lo cual agradecimos. Tuvimos un problema con los insectos y es que los enchufes anti mosquitos no hacían efecto, así que todas las noches nos acribillaban. El agua se acumulaba en los lavabos, que no tragaban bien, y finalmente crecieron un montón de larvas en el agua. Probablemente esto se debe al descuidado patio lleno de plantas salvajes al que dan las ventanas del piso. Las contraventanas también fueron un problema. Una de ellas dejaba entrar mucho la luz y la otra no podíamos cerrarla debido a las ramas que crecían descuidadamente de un árbol del patio. En general es aceptable pero podría ser mejorable.
