The location of this hotel was nice, and the price wasn’t too bad. The walls were pretty thin and in the evening, I could hear every footstep above me (I was on the first floor). One disturbing thing, was we were placed in a handicapped room, and she shower must have had a leak through the wall. The carpet was soaking wet on the outside of the bathroom, and there were visible water stains on the wall and molding.

Nice large room with comfortable bed. Room decor newly updated and felt clean and modern. Friendly staff during checkin. Hotel is located 15min walk from laidback marina and dining district. Good hotel for a short weekend stay.

The staff was friendly when we checked in but the room was filthy dirty. The refrigerator did not work but they did come and replace it. The front door latch system did not work properly and it took 5 minutes to open the door. Major safety issues!!! They did offer to move us to another room but we were heading to a business event and did not have time. Two other working colleagues were also disappointed with the cleanness of the rooms. We will definitely not be back!

We did not get the room we booked because the crew was pressure spraying just outside the door. The staff was not that accommodating. The room was bare bones. The maid service came early both our mornings notwithstanding the “Do Not Disturb” sign. The caution tape blocking the stairs to our floor was no welcoming sign. We will not come back.

Very close to ventura harbor village which has shopping and dining. Andrias seafood restaurant and market serves excellant seafood. Very causul and very popular. Its about a mile from the hotel. A must try. The sheraton offers check in via phone but the hotel is not yet setup to honor checkin that way. I found this out when I arrived at the hotel and had to re checkin. Also one elavator only goes to the second floor and the other one goes to the 3rd floor. The elavator that goes to the 3rd floor not working properly and I had to use the elavator that goes to the 2nd floor and walk up stairs to 3rd floor. I reported this to the staff and they were notifying the maintenance staff of the problem. I choose to walk down the stairs in the morning when I checked out because I didn't know if the elavator was fixed or not. I have stayed here before and never had this problem before. Fortunately I had an overnite bag and not a suitcase.

When I booked this via *******, I was not warned that there would be major construction during my stay. They were literally DRILLING CONCRETE until 7pm & started again at 7am. The staff tried to help but the damage was done.

Nice hotel ~ heated pool and glass gazebo over hot tub. Pretty green grass landscape and nice size patio on our ground floor room #118 perfect for a pet to go out on grass . “Dinner” is ordering from the little bar for take out only ~ sit down service is justified for breakfast. Very nice staff. Lovely fire place in lobby.
