What a beautiful hotel. The front desk staff went over and above for me and my sister after delays in our flights. We will definitely stay here again. Cabana restaurant has an incredible menu and the wait staff is very friendly and efficient. The icing on the cake was a hot tub and a 12 hour sleep in a super comfy bed. LOVE this place

Stay here all the time when we visit my son in Vernon this time it was very loud as the lounge is open in the middle of the hotel hard to get any sleep was noisy til just after 11 pm

Worst hotel experience ever. Horrible food. Room not cleaned. No room service. Two coffee pods. Lock panel of the room froze and wouldnt let us in. Restauraunt wouldnt give us a carafe. No hot water. No apologies.

Absolutely disliked the layout of the hallways to access our room. Abput a 3 block walk in a circle, on way in and back the same way to get out. One elevator, need another badly.

The place was dirty. Nothing worked was a horrible stay I had to leave.

Any room by the pool is loud which is not really an issue but something to be aware of. Food and service at the Cabana restaurant was not great. Atmosphere is good with river running through property.

We love this hotel because it has beautiful Indoor gardens with a creek running through! Its very peaceful. There is lovely restaurant in the middle called "The Cabana ". The food is good but some dishes are quite Pricey! There is also a Sports Bar onsite and a good steak & seafood restaurant right next door. Rooms are clean but are fully carpeted. We always choose a King Bed room that is on the higher floors. It overlooks the gardens. The couches are vinyl covered but not super comfortable. Bathrooms are also on the small side. The LG TVs are a bit frustrating to navigate and have NO guide to the channel programming. Overall it is relaxing and the staff are always warm and welcoming.

Its great to stay but didn't like the washroom doors and there is no hangers in washroom to hang towels near shower and sink

We stayed many times at this hotel in the past for its unique layout and comfort. We'll return.
