博尼法喬住宅酒店(Residenza Bonifacio - Adults Only)

Abbiamo soggiornato presso residenza Bonifacio solo per una notte, nello specifico la nostra era la suite "Romeo". Il nostro ingresso in stanza è stato guidato dalla voce di Michela che, mentre mettevamo piede in camera, ci raccontava la sua storia. È stato davvero un momento magico: non sapevamo se essere più affascinati dagli arredi e dal soffitto o dalla sua accoglienza (difatti, nonostante soggiornassimo solo per una notte, Michela ci ha accolti come stesse presentando casa ad un possibile acquirente e questa è stata una cosa che ci ha colpiti molto). Pulizia perfetta, ciabattine per gli ospiti molto apprezzate (noi le dimentichiamo sempre) ed angolino per la colazione dove ho potuto godermi un caffè americano prima di iniziare la giornata. Che dire, questa suite ha reso il nostro weekend ancora più speciale!

We loved our room, but we loved the staff even more. We didn't intend to be the "guests from hell", but as we prepared to depart - thanks to Virginia for helping with our luggage- we couldn't find the keys to our rental car. Yikes! I don't know what we would have done without their help. They spent an incredible amount of time helping us to find a solution- all while keeping a positive attitude and keeping us from freaking out. It all worked out in the end; we hired a driver to take us to Venice and the keys were eventually found. Big adventure for us, big headache for them. The room could not be in a better location- we walked to every attraction. Would definitely recommend- just hang on to your car keys!

This property is just perfect. The location could not be better. It was immaculately clean and comfortable. Staff were on hand via what’s app at anytime you needed them for anything. I would 100% stay here again if I was to visit Verona. The ceilings are original from the 15th century and it was once a nobles palace. We were staying in a little piece of timeless history. Perfection!

This is a lovely room. Lots of history. They’ve paid attention to every detail to make you comfortable. We would highly recommend. Be aware getting a taxi is a bit challenging but nothing the office can’t help you with. Also, if climbing stairs is an issue this might not be a good option as there are stairs to climb with luggage. Otherwise it’s really nice!

Beautiful, clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient. And Virginia was SUPER helpful! Take her restaurant recommendations. You won’t be disappointed

Very friendly helpful staff. The location was great, near Juliet’s house in a quiet square.

Excellent location for walking around the old town of Verona. Plenty of eating places just a few yards away. Our room was perfect, very well styled with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were met by Virginia who was so helpful & friendly, gave us great tips for restaurants and things to see. Highly recommended we will definitely stay there again. 💐
