維羅納宮景觀酒店(Vista Palazzo)

Sin lugar a dudas el mejor hotel para disfrutar de la hermosa Verona. El personal hace que tu viaje sea perfecto. La gentileza y la profesionalidad destaca sobre toda las cosas. El hotel, pequeño, tipo boutique, pero que lo hace grande por su personal y las habitaciones cuidadas con todo lujo de detalles y decoradas con buen gusto . Es una experiencia única que recomiendo, te sientes mimado y como en casa. Fui a pasar unos días por mi cumpleaños y me colmaron de detalles y atenciones, desde la habitacion que me dieron hasta las atenciones en la cena. Y sobre la cena tengo que decir que fue una experiencia maravillosa, a la altura de un restaurante con estrella. Disfrutamos de un menu de diferentes platos que armonizaban en sabores y sensaciones. El Chef al finalizar la cena nos regalo además de su arte, su compañía al salir a saludar. Tambien disfrutamos del Spa y sus tratamientos, en todo momento profesionales de calidad. Desde luego en este hotel, saben mimar a sus huéspedes de forma individualizada y especial. Sólo quiero agradecerles una experiencia inolvidable. Muchas gracias a todos.

Eleganza, cura , attenzione in ogni singolo dettaglio , per sentirsi finalmente ospitati e rinfrancati . Tutto : La vista dalla terrazza favolosa , la spa rigeneratrice , gli arredi i piatti , il personale , sembra essere li per ricordarti che hai fatto la scelta giusta per trascorrere un soggiorno veronese incantevole.

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie nel fine settimana. Eccellenza a 360 gradi: location, accoglienza, servizio, spa, roof bar, ecc. Ci avete regalato un week end straordinario. Grazie e complimenti. A presto.

Hemos descubierto un pequeño tesoro escondido en la Ciudad de Verona. Fuimos mi marido y yo para visitar la ciudad y acudir a una representación en la Arena. Se trata de un pequeño hotel, reformado y decorado hace poco tiempo con mucho gusto, pero lo mejor es el staff. Siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad, y resolutivos para buscar soluciones. Lo recomendamos para aquellos viajeros que viajen a la zona. Nos han hecho sentir como en casa.

Wir waren MItte Juni 2022 im Vista Palazzo Hotel in Verona, um eine AIDA-Aufführung in der historischen römischen Arena zu erleben. Wir hatten ein deluxe-Zimmer mit Twinbed bei *********** gebucht, das ca. 26 m² groß sein sollte. Bei Ankunft bekamen wir ein normales Doppelzimmer von ca. 18 - 19 m² und zudem noch ein klassisches Doppelbett zugewiesen, was dazu führte, dass es mir nicht möglich war, auch nur eine Minute Schlaf zu finden. Bei Reklamation am folgenden Morgen machte man uns seitens der Geschäftsführerin weis, dass unser Zimmer ein deluxe-Zimmer sei. Wir konnten anhand der Buchung beweisen, dass unser Zimmer ein preiswerteres und unter dem deluxe-Standard befindliches Zimmer war. Die Differenz im Zimmerpreis wurde nicht etwa ausgeglichen - nein, natürlich nicht Daraufhin konnten wir endlich ein deluxe-Zimmer mit separaten Betten beziehen., das mir normalen Schlaf gewährte. Bei dem Namen "Vista-Palazzo" suggeriert der Name einen Standort mit besonderer Aussicht. Den gibt es aber nicht, man schaut in die engen Altstadtgassen, bzw über die Dächer der Stadt Verona. Auf Nachfrage kam die Erläuterung, es gebe ein Schwester-Hotel am Comer See und das habe eine tolle Aufsicht auf den Lago di Como. Das Veroneser Haus habe lediglich den gleichen Namen erhalten. Es war von einem talentierten und prämiierten Küchenchef zu lesen. Wir bestellten Melanzane (Auberginen) und Vitello Tonato (Kalbfleischscheiben in Thunfischsauce) und wurden total enttäuscht. Die Auberginen schwammen in (vermutlich) Olivenöl und das Vitello Tonato setzte sich wie folgt zusammen: In einer Art Einweckglas wurde ca. fingerdick geschnittenes Kalbfleisch auf säuerlich angemachem Kartoffelsalat mit unauffindbar wenig Thunfischsauce geliefert. Beide Gerichte verursachten Übelkeit. Alles in allem - auf keinen Fall ein Haus mit realem Anspruch auf fünf Sterne.

We are just back home and with great memories of our Italian trip. One of the highlights was our stay in the hotel in Verona. The beauty of the hotel and its rooms was only surpassed by the kindness and professionalism of all the staff. We are looking forward to returning soon to Verona and enjoying again the wonderful architecture and decoration of the hotel, the great breakfast, the exquisite cuisine, the massages at the spa and the kindness of its personnel

Just returned from Verona. This trip was planned as celebration of a “Big birthday” for my husband. And what a trip it was! We were so lucky to find this hotel. Absolutely the best in Verona in its category. In the heart of the old town, just few minutes from the “Juliette’s house” . Recently have been totally rebuilt/renovated inside an old building. No expenses saved, very high quality workmanship and beautiful design. We stayed in a suite on the top floor and it was perfect. We used a spa (highly recommended after long days of sightseeing), the steam room, the pool and very relaxing massages by Alicia. Although all staff was extremely nice and professional, special thanks to David in the reception. We would go back in heart beat!

This hotel is designed with detailed perfection. Everything is beautiful. The staff was excellent and informative and we could not be happier that we chose to stay with this group having had reservations elsewhere originally. This is a luxury property that make you feel as though you are their only guest. Mossimo, Davide and Elia could not have been more wonderful. The rooms were gorgeous, they have rooftop bar for quick cocktails before a night out and a wonderful breakfast we devoured every morning! They helped make reservations at some excellent restaurants and we could not have enjoyed our stay in Verona more. We dined at Daria Ristorante & Enoteca, Osteria il Bertolda and had cocktails on the square across from the Verona Arena. we toured the castles and wandered to hearts delight in the gardens of Giusti (WHICH IS A MUST DO)!!! This is a city you can get lost in to your hearts delight just exploring! Vista Palazzo Verona made our stay perfection. We WILL be back! P.S. It is BRAND NEW!!!!

Lliked the manage r and complete staff. Like location and common terrace Bedding was superb.
