Comodità del self check in. Un'enorme cucina condivisa super attrezzata per gli ospiti. La stanza molto spaziosa e ben arredata in stile moderno. Vicinanza a stazione, centro commerciale e passeggio lungo lago. Se venite in macchina sarà un incubo perché i parcheggi coperti nei dintorni sono carissimi e con orari proibitivi. Sotto l'albergo, essendo in zona stazione, purtroppo è pieno di tipi poco raccomandabili, fate attenzione e non date confidenza.

Je suis resté 3 nuits. J'ai très bien dormi et c'est le principal. Mais la chambre "studio" est vraiment minuscule. Difficile de tourner autour du lit sans faire à tomber la planche à repasser. Le point le plus désagréable est la population à l'extérieur de l'hôtel dès la nuit tombée. Des personnes qui vous suivent pour vous vendre que-sais-je comme substances illégales. C'est vraiment pas sécurisant.

Le logement est dans un quartier où les drogués et les dealers sont rois, je ne comprends pas cet emplacement Ils proposent une petite cuisine, mais il n'y a pas de couteau, elle ne sert donc à rien La clim ne fonctionne pas, il faisait une chaleur d'enfer Pour couronner le tout, comme il n'y a personne, impossible de faire une réclamation. Si je peux éviter que d'autres clients ne se fassent avoir, je n'hésiterai pas à en parler autour de moi

Parfait pour un court séjour. Chambre tres propre et bonne literie. Salle de bain parfaite . Idéalement situé. Seul bémol, les dealers bruyants la nuit . Mais une fois les fenêtres fermées le tapage est atténué.

The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. Everything else was a disaster. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for 24-hours, there’s no USB ports for re-charging and they wouldn’t let me park in the near empty car park. When they did it was no cheaper than a public car park. The hair drier over heated and stopped, the 6-digit entry code is a pain and you are 10m from a busy railway station. The front desk is only manned for 9-hours a day. Dodgy area too next to the station with men posted on each street corner all day with only a mobile phone.

I booked a balcony room so was on the fifth floor. Be aware that some rooms on this floor are not step free and some do not face the lake. Pros, Convenient for buses and trains, local supermarkets, there's a larger Coop five minutes walk away. The mattress was comfy and the design of the room and bathroom well thought out. Cons, Thin pillows Confusing lighting system Ineffective air con Although cups, glasses, a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine are provided, there's no other cutlery or plates etc to prepare and eat meals in the 'apartment' you have to either use the shared kitchen in the basement (not convenient or appealing to some, myself included) or have bring own/manage with disposables purchased elsewhere. Also, the crossroads near the apartment appears to be a hang out for dealing (if you've seen The Wire, sitting on the balcony was like a season one stakeout) so walking around on your own and or late at night could feel a bit risky, especially as you must use your own key code to enter the building after 6pm and there's nobody on reception at night and weekends. This is not the fault of the building but something to be aware of. I did ask about the Montreux Riviera Card before check in and was told it would be in my room upon arrival, it wasn't but a quick email and it was ready for collection in the morning. That said, had it been the weekend I would have been upset to not have it for use during the whole of my stay. Overall the staff I interacted with were helpful and the help email team were responsive. However, I am not sure I would choose to stay here again as I was looking for a fully functioning kitchenette and a greater presence from staff.
