The hotel was easy to find and the staff was friendly. Located right next to the Mississippi River. The room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was nice and room was comfy. Staff were friendly. A winter storm came through while we were visiting so none of the restaurants were open in the ****** which made it difficult to get food.

It was conveniently located and the staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. But the handicapped parking is located some distance from the entrance and the parking lot is not very well lit. There are no towel bars in the bathroom and only 1 hook.

Oth ******* and riverwalk wouldn’t return my cancellation when I seen I reserved in a different country. They both say call each other.

The evacuation alarm went off in the early evening, I called the front desk and they were quick to find out the issue and call us back.

Every thing was near perfect except the room was not restocked (cups, coffee, etc.) or made up the second day.
This wasn't a deal breaker just unexpected.
One of the quietest rooms we have ever stayed in.
Will definitely stay again.

This is a very nice hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable and most of the amenities worked. Our coffee pot was not working but there is free coffee in the lobby. The shower head could not be changed to a different setting so it was a bit pelting but warm. Overall for the price I would return.
