Generally high quality of room, service and food, but highlight is incredible view from the bar & restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful, arranged for a room for our infant to sleep in while they were getting our suite ready.

Leisure - Everything was laid out perfectly. The employees worked to ensure that every need was met at all times. We were even given insect repellent to help with the bugs. We woke up to animals in our backyard. The only problem was none of the phones worked in our cabin.

It was a dream of mine to see Vic Falls and VF Safari Lodge made it an exceptional experience. Clean, good service, good food. Very glad we stayed there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The views are exceptional.

Stayed for 3 nights in 3 bedroom suite with my daughter’s family, 3 adults, 2 children. Top floor master bedroom is large and well appointed, other 2 bedrooms are very small ( not enough space for 2 suitcases). Water pressure in all the showers is very low. On our last day we found one of the beds infested with ants, luckily there was only 5 of us and 6 beds. Suit is nice but not well maintained, tv didn’t work, wifi was patchy, tap in the kitchenette not working. Main swimming pool is always busy with only a few lounges. Service in the hotel is inconsistent. Some of the staff were super nice and helpful (Lin), most were just trying to get a tip. On the whole, you not getting value for your money. This was my 3rd trip to Vic Falls. First time was 45 years ago. Zimbabwe was still Rhodesia and it was a totally different place. Only 2 hotels and not very safe place as the war with Zambia was on and off. On my second visit I stayed in Zambia and had a great time. I would recommend staying in Zambia as the Zimbabwe is very expensive and not all that friendly. Apart from the accommodation we’ve had a great time. Activities offered are fantastic (and expensive). We did: Zambezi dinner cruise, Falls walk, Canopy tour, Gorge swing and helicopter flight. All great experiences and safety and staff 5 star.

Nicely set up rooms good. Hot water not great all the time. Sometimes cold. Expensive and dont order a small anything as there is a $10usd charge to deliver but views great service very good and location really good. All animals around you so yes ok

The best holiday home, positioned well for game viewing. A must be there place. the staff's hospitality was top notch with attention to detail and not showing any discrimination to race or colour. The Boma drum place is lit

I missed my flight out of Vic Falls and booked a family suite last minute. The grounds are beautiful and the restaurant overlooks a watering hole in the National Park from a hilltop — a dramatic setting. We saw lots of animals even over a single night stay. The staff are excellent and friendly. The suites are about 300 meters from the main building, but they have a golf cart on call to shuttle you. The Boma show is adjacent to the property. We heard the drums but did not attend. The suites are huge and include 2 levels with complementary alcoholic and soft drinks. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a den and study and wet bar. Abundant amenities with microwave. Nice firm beds with netting and turndown service. I highly recommend.

What a fun, friendly, cultural experience we had! It was the start of a fabulous trip and we couldn’t have asked for me!! Collen looked after us beautifully everyday and along with Veronica, Moses and all the other amazing staff our experience was just mind blowing! Thank you! We will love to return and our children want to bring their children back one day too!

A beautiful spot, in the natural environment just outside of Vic Falls village with easy access in. Brilliant for animal lovers.
